I got this for my husband. He does not want or need a phone with all the extras. He wanted a basic phone. This is it. The price is great as well as the phone service.

I AM ENJOYING MY JITTERBU FLIP. THE COVERAGE IS GREAT. i LOVE THE SPEAKER. IT IS SIMPLE AND EASY TO OPERATE. I AM 70 YRS OLD AND OTHER PHONES ARE HARD FOR ME TO USE.

Voight fit grand children. It's perfect for them. I'm so glad I did there was an emergency and they called to let me know when there was no other phone around.

After reading notices that this phone was great for seniors, I bought this phone for my elderly mother. Although it appears to be a throw back to the more simple flip phones of yesterday, there are far too many steps needed for supposedly simple processes that make it extremely frustrating to use. To start with, unlike other Best Buy android phones I've gotten for my mom, Best Buy could not set up this phone for her. We had to do it ourselves and it took several hours of waiting on hold and effort to transfer my mom's old number to the new phone, only then to discover the phone couldn't import any of her existing contacts. The good thing is it wasn't terribly expensive, as we'll likely end up using it for a doorstop when we buy a better phone. Don't be taken in by the hype. It's really a piece of junk. Pretty color, but worthless.

Phone was for mother in law who is technology challenged. The phone was easy for her to answer by pushing 1 button.

I bought this phone for my mother for Christmas and it suits all of needs because she doesn't like the complexity of a smart phone.

I bought this for my 78 year old Mother who was not able to figure out how to use the iPhone that I bought here. This does everything that she needs at her age.

Perfect phone for seniors, and one of the only flip phones that will work after 2021. Buttons are large and easy to see, and speaker is loud enough and hearing aid friendly

i bought this for my handicapped adult daughter. She LOVES it and has it with her constantly. Easy for her to use. Got good advice from sales woman at Best Buy also.

Good phone for seniors who don't want Smartphone, just want to continue with familiar technology. Picked one up for my mother, she enjoys using it. Simplistic, no whistles, no bells. In addition, kudos to Best Buy associate who set it all up ready to use before I left the store - marvelous!

This phone completely fits my need for simple, easy calling and texting. It is easy to see the numbers for seniors. So happy with this purchase.

Basic phone. Fine for phone calls. Great for users who just want an inexpensive phone with a few basic features. IE Low res camera, text, and voice mail.

Easy to use phone that does the job well. My sixty three year old brother is not very technically inclined and loves using it.

Awful, with poor sound quality and volume. Not intuitive for us to figure out let alone for her to remember

I bought this phone as a replacement phone for a friend who is housebound. The one he had he dropped and broke it, so we had to get him another because it has the RED BUTTON feature in case he falls all he has to do is push the button and it will get someone on the line to call for help.

Eazy to use. My 96 year old dad needed a big button phone without bells and whistles. This fits the bill. Up, down, OK and Back are the only buttons you need. Service is good where we live.

I love it. It lets me do everything I want to do without extras to waste my time. The charge lasts forever and it is a good size to carry.

i love it! simple, yet capable of easy texts, phonemail, id caller and block numbers. i don't need internet. contacts list is also easy to set up.
