Poor reception and did not work well. Nothing more to be said.

Not very user friendly I bought it for my 96 yr old father in law. Just an easy flip phone... NOT when you miss a call you have to dial the person back just to get the missed call notification off. When you have a voice-mail you have to tell it to play each and every time, instead of just once.

Surprisingly better than expected! For $30/month including tax you get 500 minutes and texts. It is easy to use and has Alexa for some basic functions.

Did not work well in our home and reception was terrible.

I bought this for my visually impaired grandmother, thinking the Alexa voice commands would be good for her. It would have been great for myself, but it was not good for her. We ended up contacting their service and they recommended replacing it with original Flip 1 version. We did that and the voice commands were simpler to use and it was all around much easier for her. This version has more features than the Flip 1, and would be good for someone with good vision, but is more difficult to use with visual impairments.

Good phone for and elderly person who just needs the basics. If a person can't learn to use a more complex phone, this is a good choice.

Easy setup and easy to use which the main reason we bought this for a senior family member. Larger keypad than her previous flip phone.

This phone has been really easy for my mother in law to learn. We ditched a pricey big carrier for this little gem and it’s worked out great!

I bought this for my mother and she like the large easy to read buttons and how simple it is to use.

great phone for a senior that has no way of using a smart phone that he had purchased a few months prior to me buying this flip phone.

This was purchased for my Mom who is 89 years young. The large letters, numbers and icons help to make this an easy phone to use.

The simplicity of this phone only might apply to making and receiving calls. I got this for my 94-year-old mother, who had never used a cell phone previously, to use. She didn’t have the manual dexterity to text on a flip phone, or to understand and use the other features. One fault with the design that we noticed was that when holding the phone she would accidentally activate the volume control and then couldn’t hear the phone ring. We returned the phone for those reasons.

Takes way too many steps to make a phone call. 4 to be precise. My 87 year old mother has to navigate to contacts, press ok, then scroll down to who she wants, press ok, find which number to call, press ok, and press dial call and press ok. This is ridiculous and needs to be simplified in an update.

we really love this phone. easy for mom to use she was hesitant to get another cell phone. she loves this.

So far so good … We purchased for my in-laws as they specifically wanted a flip phone with big numbers. Good color choices as well!

Very happy with my new phone, being a senior I’m not much on using these new internet phones, so this jitterbug is easy for me I love it.
