The phone is fine, requires a few more steps than I feel are necesssary for a phone meant to be user friendly for older people. The carrier for this phone is a major nightmare to deal with. I felt bad for Best Buy employee trying to help us get through.

Jitterbug phone for a senior is ideal with bigger buttons and numbers makes calling someone so much easier

Bought this phone for my elderly mother. It is supposed to be user friendly. It’s not!!! I’m very comfortable setting up electronics but this phone was very annoying to work with. Needless to say my mother was not able to learn this phone.

I love this phone. It's very easy to use. I brought it for my Dad which is a senior citizen. And it has great plans at very low prices.

Phone works satisfactory, but the volume button is located on the side of the phone. This means that when you hold the phone to answer, it can accidentally change from maximum volume to vibrate only. This is a nuisance because my elderly mom who cannot hear or see well has no idea she put the phone on vibrate. This resulted in many missed calls and a high level of frustration. It has even happened to me when I assisted her in answering a call. The volume button needs to be relocated.

Very simple to use. Ringtones are loud enough for my dad to hear.

got my mom a new phone but she didn't like the android. so we got her this greatcall lively and she loves it because it is like her old flip phone.

I purchased this 8 days ago and still the activation process is incomplete. Please tell me why two carriers can’t follow thru. I have submitted all the codes and pins as instructed.

This phone has proven to be excellent for seniors. Easy to operate, easy to open, and just overall a great buy for the money.

Just bought the Jitterbug for the medical alert feature. That works fine. The rest of the phone is okay, but is not that easy to navigate. Great purchase price.

I bought this phone for my 94 yr old mom as a replacement for her old one that stopped working. This phone is not as easy to use as the previous Jitterbug phone. It is very challenging for a senior with short term memory loss as it requires extra steps to answer or dial. Do not recommend for a senior with memory problems.

Not as easy to use as it's advertising would tell you. You have to go thru several "yes" to get to contacts. For a user who is nearly blind, the buttons are not raised at all. And the volume buttons are located right where you hold the phone.

This phone works well in TMobile. Excellent buy! Just put the SIM card in.

I got this for my 94 yr old mom whose phone with Verizon had reached 3G end of life. Needed something reliable but simple. This fit the bill. Programmed in the 9 speed dial numbers and showed her how to maneuver the menu. The speakerphone is loud and clear and both sides of the conversation is about the best I've experienced...even with my Note 10+. The Lively service seems reliable and actually had more reception bars than with my Verizon service. Highly recommended.

Great phone for the lady i got it for. Too bad she didnt get a chance to use it. She passed three days later. Rest in peace Willie Ruth.
