Bought for my husband - an older gent. He states it is an excellent phone and easy to use.

This is an easy, basic phone that is great for most people to use. The numbers and pads are a good size.

My son loves it. No more losing his phone out of his pocket. He is very pleased.

Buttons are a bit easier to read because of larger print. Comes with charging stand which is very convenient.

Do not recommend Lively. In July 2021, ported my mom's # from Verizon to Lively. It wasn't the easiest but once done, no issues since. On 2/14 we bought a 2nd phone to port my dad's number to Lively from Verizon. It's 2/15, I'm on the 10th phone call (min 20 min wait for each one) and they still haven't corrected their error - my mom's number is completely gone. Yesterday they ported my dad's number over my mom's instead of to his new phone. They said call back tomorrow to see if corrected (that was after speaking to supervisor. Ok - I did, it was corrected. We try it again - they made the same error and now are saying they don't know if they can find my mom's number! This morning I was reassured all would be corrected, she apologized and told me someone would call me back in 4 hours. After 4 hours, I call and that's when it's gone downhill. I just filed a complaint with FCC while holding for the 10th phone call between yesterday and today! SAVE YOURSELF! My mom's number is their primary number for everything, all doctor's, etc. Lively admitted their error, 2 days in a row and yet they are not able to correct? UNACCEPTABLE!

To early to tell but so far very simple for my wife which was the point as she has dementia.

We're seniors, this product is more user friendly...Only negative, we are receiving texts, we don't text and have no idea who/what is texting us...I see no way to stop them.

Great little flip phone, very easy to use. Bought fir my 94 year old mother and she is doing great with it!

After several attempts to activate and 2 phones never would activate. Tried thru Best Buy and Lively to activate. Long wait time for assistance from Lively

I got it for my 93 yr. old mom to use because it was not complicated. She is doing just fine with it.

I bought it for my father who was reluctant to get a cell phone, and he was very pleased with the easy menu.

This phone is supposed to be easy for seniors. Unfortunately it is not at all. My mom would have been better off with a regular smartphone, as this phone has too many steps to remember for her just to make a phone call and navigate through the phonebook. The only positive is the quick emergency button for her to push should she have an extreme emergency.

I bought this phone for my uncle & he loves it! The big numbers makes it easy for him to see them.

This phone is not for seniors! It's difficult to hear anything. It's difficult to answer the phone.
