Easy to activate and use. Easy to see the numbers on the face of the phone once it is flipped open.

We are very, very happy with the Lively phones. We have had great service when we purchased them and with questions since then. We switched from TracPhone because of their terrible service and policies. The instruction booklets with the new phones are very well written for everyone, techie or not! Again we thank you for the great service.

For the most part this is a good basic phone. However the voice activation is very inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it says voice activation not supported

Bought this phone for my elderly mother. It is supposed to be user friendly. It’s not!!! I’m very comfortable setting up electronics but this phone was very annoying to work with. Needless to say my mother was not able to learn this phone.

Buttons are a bit easier to read because of larger print. Comes with charging stand which is very convenient.

Do not recommend Lively. In July 2021, ported my mom's # from Verizon to Lively. It wasn't the easiest but once done, no issues since. On 2/14 we bought a 2nd phone to port my dad's number to Lively from Verizon. It's 2/15, I'm on the 10th phone call (min 20 min wait for each one) and they still haven't corrected their error - my mom's number is completely gone. Yesterday they ported my dad's number over my mom's instead of to his new phone. They said call back tomorrow to see if corrected (that was after speaking to supervisor. Ok - I did, it was corrected. We try it again - they made the same error and now are saying they don't know if they can find my mom's number! This morning I was reassured all would be corrected, she apologized and told me someone would call me back in 4 hours. After 4 hours, I call and that's when it's gone downhill. I just filed a complaint with FCC while holding for the 10th phone call between yesterday and today! SAVE YOURSELF! My mom's number is their primary number for everything, all doctor's, etc. Lively admitted their error, 2 days in a row and yet they are not able to correct? UNACCEPTABLE!

I purchased this 8 days ago and still the activation process is incomplete. Please tell me why two carriers can’t follow thru. I have submitted all the codes and pins as instructed.

Great little flip phone, very easy to use. Bought fir my 94 year old mother and she is doing great with it!

I bought it for my father who was reluctant to get a cell phone, and he was very pleased with the easy menu.

I got it for my 93 yr. old mom to use because it was not complicated. She is doing just fine with it.

We're seniors, this product is more user friendly...Only negative, we are receiving texts, we don't text and have no idea who/what is texting us...I see no way to stop them.
