    They improved this model of phone. Better buttons on it and more options to use. They even put voice control on it for ease of operation for the elderly.

    Phone is overall acceptable for older persons but you SHOULD be able to answer by opening flip phone. Older phones had this feature which was eliminated in the newer model flip phones

    After several attempts to activate and 2 phones never would activate. Tried thru Best Buy and Lively to activate. Long wait time for assistance from Lively
