Older phones had this feature which was eliminated in the newer model flip phones

Not a Jitterbug Flip-Phone duplicate

My father (93) needs the quick dial capability because he is unable to dial 10 numbers. I will try to return the phone.

You shouldn't have to hit the ok button 3 times to make a call from your contacts. Wishing there was just a basic flip phone with big buttons that a senior would understand.
