    It still is a very confusing phone for seniors to run when they have had medical issues. You shouldn't have to hit the ok button 3 times to make a call from your contacts. Wishing there was just a basic flip phone with big buttons that a senior would understand.

    The phone is great for my parents but you have to use the ok button too many times for the menu options and to make a call.

    I mistakenly thought this phone was the replacement for the Jitterbug Flip Phone. It is not!! My father (93) needs the quick dial capability because he is unable to dial 10 numbers. I will try to return the phone.
