froht hard to see in bright daylite , no audible alarm from text message have to check red lite constantly for messages. phone works o k otherwise. I do not use emergency or alexa, I like the phone execpt for recieving text messages.

Battery life is not so good!The phone is good ! I wish the battery lasted longer!

So far so good. I bought this phone for my husband who had Parkinson’s disease and has been falling a lot lately so, in case I’m not around he can carry in his pocket all the time so he can call me or 911 if he needs more help. He hasn’t used it much because we haven’t had it very long. I’m hoping this will help him a lot and me too.

I purchased this phone for my mom who is legally blind. I was in at the impression when i purchased it that she would just have to open it and say "Alex call_______" She had to say "Alexa ask lively to call_______" My mother is 81 and has had several strokes. This was not easy for her to remember but amazingly enough she did. The worst part is the phone does not answer when you flip the phone open. You have to hit the ok button. That is totally useless to someone that is blind.
