I was in at the impression when i purchased it that she would just have to open it and say "Alex call_______" She had to say "Alexa ask lively to call_______" My mother is 81 and has had several strokes. This was not easy for her to remember but amazingly enough she did. The worst part is the phone does not answer when you flip the phone open. You have to hit the ok button. That is totally useless to someone that is blind.

I wish he had told me that the cellphone I purchased was a 4G not 5G as I requested. I can only hope that 4G will not be discontinued in the near distant future. Other than that, I was greatly impressed with Tyson's knowledge and patience.

The operators are very helpful and polite - what a refreshing change from the norm!!! The delivery for on-line purchase was quick as promised. Plus, this phone has been upgraded from a few years ago to include Alexa and other features even without internet access.
