    Tyson was great. I wish he had told me that the cellphone I purchased was a 4G not 5G as I requested. I can only hope that 4G will not be discontinued in the near distant future. Other than that, I was greatly impressed with Tyson's knowledge and patience.

    This is a great phone and super customer service. The operators are very helpful and polite - what a refreshing change from the norm!!! The delivery for on-line purchase was quick as promised. Plus, this phone has been upgraded from a few years ago to include Alexa and other features even without internet access.
