Not Good

You have to count to 3 before clicking on progressive menu items, or it doesn't get the click. The worst thing of all, though, is that Device Info > Phone Usage does not work at all. GreatCall/Lively has been promising me for a month that it will fix it, but it hasn't happened. I can't think of a better way to trick users into a more expensive plan than to not allow them to monitor their usage, can you?

Too many surprises !

Only had a couple of weeks and two issues so far speed dial not on phone ,call and they said could do a firmware upgrade remotely ,its been a week and said it may take awhile??? Why not do it when activated? Next got first bill for service ,taxes and additional fees were $13 called again said because of activation on bill added extra cost. Asked about next bill said not sure of additional charges but probably be around $7 that is ridiculous the monthly service was $19.99 so over 30% additional charges!
