Need better trained Service staff who are new.

Some actions were very simpl,e, after being able to use the Samsung phone, that it took more than two weeks to get it fully operational. Also, the Service person first called, was unable to help at all, and after placing me on a hold, just terminated the call.

NOT Designed With Seniors In Mind!

She had the Great Call Jitterbug Flip and it was definitely designed with seniors in mind - simple and easy to use, but it was showing its wear. This Lively Flip phone was NOT designed with seniors in mind - the only thing senior about this phone are the large buttons. There are multiple steps to take to complete any action - from phone calls, voicemail, and call history. Come on guys it's suppose to be a phone for seniors - right?!?!
