I actually had to take this phone back to the store. I purchased it for my mother, but I couldn't figure out if it was worth paying extra for the minutes or just go buy a phone and add it to my plan. It was a nice little phone though.

Needed when old phone was broken. Easy to use for Senior citizen.

Grandmother loves this phone. She is still learning how to use it

it did not work even with the help of the Lively customer service tech. It was returned to Best buy and I received my money quickly but I would not recommend that model again,

This is a change in operating from my previous Flip phone and took some transition challenges. Also prior explanation of transfer of information was not very well presented from the store or customer service at Lively. I still have not been able to transfer my photos. I will investigate a lively smart phone transition

The concept of a Jitterbug (Lively) phone is great and the setup is easy (the disconnection of service is also super easy), but this phone sucked. It stopped working (wouldn’t turn on at all) after about a month.

It works. There are a few quirks that are different from previous phones, But overall I am happy with the choice.

The phone is ok I expected bigger numbers on display and touch pad also a louder speaker but it seems just like a regular phone to me. When I wanted to keep my number .The tech inputed the wrong number number and it took five calls and 4 techs and two days so far to fix.

It is a good phone but took 5 days to get number switched over

Got this phone for my mother. The phone was easy to set up and my mom found it easy to use. She likes this phone better than her track phone as the speaker volume is much loader. As a bonus they mailed her a car charger for free.

Has worked great for my mom. Basic and straightforward phone..

not so easy for 92 yr old senior, sorry to say it is not durable either the first one hit the ground and the screen cracked just five days after we purchased it. and their warranty does not kick in for 60 days after purchase so not so happy had to buy a new one.

I wanted a phone without internet access, and with GPS for a younger kid. This does the trick, no problems yet. Didn’t care for the $25 activation fee, though.

This works for me. Happy with it and holds a charge a long time (3 - 5 days).

Good phone super easy to use. Would recommend for older folk.
