it did not work even with the help of the Lively customer service tech. It was returned to Best buy and I received my money quickly but I would not recommend that model again,

READ THIS REVIEW. Bought this for my mother in law. We could not get the phone to activate! Called the Lively activation support line, and after several attempts, they decided to ship her a new phone for free. She just had to return this phone (no charge for the return shipping either).

The concept of a Jitterbug (Lively) phone is great and the setup is easy (the disconnection of service is also super easy), but this phone sucked. It stopped working (wouldn’t turn on at all) after about a month.

Purchased for my Grandmother and works great for her.

Nice little phone! Purchased as a gift for my wife. She’s really tickled with it! Wanted something cute, up to date, that she could take photos with, and text! Main thing for me was inexpensive in cost and monthly plan.

Not well designed for seniors. The volume buttons are easy to bump on the side and turn the ringer down. The end and call buttons are not easily identifiable, and there’s a separate power button. My mother who used an iPhone for years has a hard time using this phone.

Great for people without a lot of tech experience!!

Recent purchase, but so far, so good. Purchased for a non techy 85 year old. She can use it easily, can hear it, and loves the speakerphone availability. The charger is also nice because you just place the phone in the stand, and don't have to plug it in. Easy set up with an awesome assist from the Best Buy salesman.

very difficult for this senior citizen to get the phone to work!

Bought this for my mom as she has been having memory issues and gets disoriented from time to time. She still lives on her own, but it gives my brother and me some peace knowing she has the urgent response button if needed, and we can track where she is in case she gets lost again.
