I bought this for my elderly mother. It is harder for her to use than her old smart phone. There’s like 5 steps just to make a phone call. I wish I had never bought it.

ZERO. I started to set it up and learned that the voicemail function is missing. I had to call the company for a replacement and am still awaiting its arrival. Will anything else go wrong? David Cullen

This is the fourth phone I have purchased in 7 months. I would expect them to be more sturdy. My dad has dropped his phone a few times. The warranty that is available only allows 1 replacement phone per year. The phone doesn't always ring when he has an incoming call.

Bought this for my mom as she has been having memory issues and gets disoriented from time to time. She still lives on her own, but it gives my brother and me some peace knowing she has the urgent response button if needed, and we can track where she is in case she gets lost again.

Good option for my mother in law. Doesn’t do well with smart phones, so this should suit her just fine.

No idea if I like this phone. The Jitterbug reps haven’t been able to use phone as they can’t transfer my phone from Consumer Cellular to my Jitterbug account which I am paying for

Associate asked what I needed, showed me the options and agreed with me in what I thought I needed for my husband. Very knowledgeable and explained how to work it, along with answering all my questions.

Good product. Nice and simple. Had one die soon out of the box and it was replaced without question.

Bought it for my grandma. She enjoys it since she can communicate with her family

Training a senior is a little more difficult. Asking Alexi to ask Lively to call so and so is hard for my husband to remember. He isn't ready for have to have the plan to talk to an operator. Still trying to figure out if we are going to keep the phone.

It serves the purpose and is better than Crickets version of an updated flip phone.

I never gave my number to any one and I got 85 to 95 scam called.I got angry so I took it back

Have had to call customer service three times, cannot get Alexa to make calls or text. Each time calling customer service, was on hold for a MINIUM of 30 minutes....still not working as it should.

Excellent product for those who need limited features in a phone.

While this appears to be an easy to use phone, for someone who has never used a cell phone or computer this phone is worthless. Too many distractions with options that are totally unnecessary for phone use. Wanted to get my parent away from the expensive land-line but this is not the answer.
