Ok but not as good as the Flip 1. Not as easy to use for hard of seeing.

Not a phone for everyone. However, it works well with older users who just can not get the hang of a "smart phone". Nothing wrong with that. For the most part, an elderly user has no use for internet access, music or movies on their telephones. This is perfect for those individuals that need a phone to communicate.

I bought this phone for my 86 year old mom. The idea behind the “flip phone” was to make it easy for her to answer and hang up by opening or closing the phone. Unfortunately, the phone comes out of the box programmed to require arrow buttons being pressed up and down and then an “ok” button to be pressed whether you’d like to answer or decline a call. Too much for an 86 year old! I called Lively customer service multiple times. They stated there is a software update available to allow flip open feature. They pushed the update to the phone. The first time the update failed. The second time the update succeeded. However, the flip to open/answer feature DID NOT function! Even though it was enabled in the phone settings. They pushed out the update again. No success. They had me do a factory reset. No success! They pushed out the update a third time. No success. They said they were escalating it to second level support. We agreed those folks would call me two days later and 2:00 pm. That is when I expected to see my mom again. They NEVER CALLED. I called customer service again. They said they didn’t have access to second level support. They could only message them. How ridiculous is that? Now they suggest they would send me a replacement phone, which could take 5-7 days. And I quote, “ there is no guarantee it will work properly.” What has happened to our society that nobody give a crap about quality or service?

Excellently simple for a simple user. Most important, the TotalTech staff was beyond helpful on all counts. Whatever you're paying these guys, its not enough! Marcos, THomas, Roy, and DESilva are the Four Musketeers!

I like my new Jitterbug2 cell phone, I have not used it much but that is just why I wanted this phone. I have all my contacts loaded and my favorites. The sound of talking and receiving calls is working good..... Thank's

This model isn't nearly as user-friendly as the previous Jitterbug Flip. In order to place a call, the user has to use the arrow keys and the "OK" button to navigate through several screens, which is more than my elderly father can manage. After I saw he wouldn't be able to use the phone as is, I set up the Alexa option so he could try placing calls using his voice, but even though I wrote out the script for him to read ("Alexa, ask Lively to call...) he still struggles with it and probably won't consistently be able to place calls, if ever. Disappointing.

Bought for my mother since our current cell company dropped her phone.

I brought it for my Elderly Aunt. She is very comfortable with it.

Phone is exactly as advertised; my husband and I bought 2 of them. The Lively phone support person was very helpful and knowledgeable. The phone was easy to set up, my contacts were transferred by Lively to the new phone, and overall I am very pleased.

Entering contacts is easy using the online option. Menu system is a bit confusing especially for older user believe it or not. To dial a contact it takes several levels. Would be nice to be able to program the emergency or speed dial buttons

Bought it for my stepdad and it’s just a mess. He wanted a simple phone but it was too complicated to connect and had no service. He kept his iPhone 12 instead

So the phone itself works great for calls, texts, etc. It has a few features that annoy me, like you cannot delete all the texts from one person, you have to delete it text by text, it's annoying once you have some texts to get rid of. There is no quick call button other than the speed dial settings. It's a shame they didn't make it simpler to use. This is a phone for seniors, they don't need to be pushing extra buttons and navigating through too many menu items.

I didn't realize it could only be used on Great Call. I would have gotten a Jitterbug instead Great call is not the best service.

This phone had no issues - returned due to having internet access and the goal was to prevent my child from gaining access to the internet.

Outgoing calls only work intermittently. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

Yep, this is perfect ! Did a bit of research prior to purchasing this item and I am totally satisfied. I purchased this for my mother!

Bought this to replace the same I bought for my mom 5 years ago. Old phone’s charging input broke. I’ve been told that happened easily on old model. New model has USB-C port for charging. My mom is about to be 90 and anti-technology but is able to use this phone.

Well it’s kinda a good phone but I just wished it’ll answer just by flipping the phone open,plus I don’t like when I get all sort of crazy calls

Excellent service from sales person. She assisted us with our many questions and then also completing the sale and activating the phone.
