I bought this phone for my stepfather and it works well and the portability is a plus when he doesn't want to carry around a smartphone in the store

Lots of questions are asked after you thought you already told the phone what you wanted it to do. The questions confuse the user at times.

We had a wonderful experience with Mstt and Leslie when purchasing a new phone. And getting our old phone number back! Matt and Leslie represent Best Buy very well! They are very efficient snd knowledgeable!

I bought this for my vision impaired 96 year old mom as a replacement for her broken Cricket. Total was. This phone does not have speed dialing. Who else would want this phone except someone visually impaired. You now have to go through 2 clicks to get to the names.

The phone is easy to use but I had some issues with it. I returned it and got another one.

I was double charged for activation? 35:00 at the store and another from lively 35:00 which was wrong.

I bought the phone for my mother, an older lady and the phone kept giving trouble between the bad charge on the battery and problems with the ringer and volume.

Phone works great. Fits in the pocket and isn't too bulky. Would recommend this phone.

My husband loves this phone! We were looking for an easy to use flip phone as he is not comfortable with technology. Tried 3 different phones before this one. Would definitely recommend.

DON'T BUY THIS. Hello, normally I would not leave a negative review for any product, but I'm hoping to save some seniors from a headache with this Jitterbug Flip phone. From the start, this has had issues with software relating to updates, which will come almost immediately after activation. Seems to be something to do with contacts list, which cannot be edited or deleted. After several hours with customer service, the phone was replaced with the same model. Stil the same issues, I can't return it because it has taken soooo long for them to respond to try and fix it. A waste of money for an "easy to use" phone. Addition issue; the sound is not loud enough for even someone with normal hearing. Don't buy this it's a waste of money and a headache to use, go to a local store and find another flip.

This isnt a very good phone for seniors, doesn't have one button dialing. It is not very simple to use. Size is nice though.

Good for kids and older generation. Claims it works with other phone companies but it's not true.

Outstanding flip phone for Seniors. My mother is 87 yrs old and is able to navigate and use this phone without assistance. She loves the louder volume and ring tone.

Poor cellular reception (frequent warnings when one cannot call or text), too many steps to make calls unless you already know the number, must go thru voicemail process even when there are no voice mails. manual too long and poorly presented thus must carry manual around for some time before comfortable without, Very expensive price if bought at $100.00 current price.

Difficulty in forwarding photos to other than cell phones..also continued message that network is low without explanation of problem or correction process.

We purchased this for my 94 year old father and it was perfect! The biggest adjustment was convincing him he didnt need it on speaker phone in order to hear a calll

Unable to connect wireless. Owner's manual too small. No disk to help with the installation. I would never purchase any future HP product again.

So convenient that Best Buy had the exact replacement my phone for my senior mother with dementia. Delivery was a breeze and I was able to get it in her hands very quickly.
