I love this phone, it's very easy to use and I love the price too.

What a great bargain for a nice big screen phone that does exactly what I want it for! Recommended for others who, like me, don't need all kinds of fancy things on a phone.

Easy to use bought this for my 87 year old mom. 1st time ever using a smart phone. And she is doing great.

This phone was exactly what we were looking for. Easy for an 80 year-old man to use, without having to re-learn or learn all about a new phone. The service is what we would pay for just a medic-alert device, but also get the phone. It was a perfect fit!

I like the look, ease of use, and sleekness of phone. My husband just converted from a flip phone to this. He’s getting used to this style. Big problem of design is location of call 5 button for emergency. It’s right on the bottom next to other buttons. This has been hit by accident multiple times. It needs a redesign and location on the phone!

I was looking for a cellphone that was easy to use and this was the best of the bunch and Best Buy had it for $50 less that the company itself

Purchased this for my stepdad who has hearing loss. The quality of the sound on this phone is excellent. He has had no trouble hearing phone calls and conversations. Also, the simplified smartphone format has worked well for him. He has really enjoyed this Christmas present!

Simple and clean. Still a smartphone, but without all those extra icons all the companies usually stick you with.

got this for my 80plus yr old mil, she hasn't complained and is actually using it, this tells me that this was a good purchase.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that I’m less than overwhelmed by the battery life.

The actual phone looked terrific. I bought it for my husband who is not savvy with tech. When I went to activate it, that is when the problems arose. What is advertised in a million different places and looks like an easy activation turned into a nightmare with lots of levels of activation including the number of minutes, gigabytes, texts used etc. to choose. Keeping the same phone number was another series of horror steps. I returned the phone and went back to my regular carrier, bought a phone and made a quick simple switch. GreatCall needs to get better customer interface and customer service.

Purchased for 86 year old neighbor with minimal smart phone experience. Easily learned basic functions and can now email and most importantly text family members who live out of state. Easy to setup contact list. Doubt she will use internet feature but it is available. Selfie sent to her family members...they were surprised and very grateful.

We purchased this phone for my husband who was still in the dark ages with regard to technology. While he hasn’t mastered it yet, he finds it so much more user friendly than his flip phone and is also inquisitive about its workings due to the Home Page Menu being right there when the phone is turned on. We think he will finally move up into this century.

This smart phone is great for seniors, but is a very basic smart phone & is much slower than other smart phones.

Not as easy as they make the phone out to be on the commercials. Grandmother is 88 years old and did better with the iPhone. They get you on the plans, cheaper to connect on-line then call Customer Service. Was very disappointed in the Customer Service and feel like they might be taking advantage of the elderly with the plans, internet connection, etc.

The phone is much easier to use for the elderly though my 80 year old mother could have never activated it herself.

I got this phone for my elderly mother. It is a great phone. Very easy to operate. Lots of tutorials on line that are very helpful. She is really enjoying all the functions this phone has and the support from Jitterbug is great.
