Good phone for Seniors. Husband can hear better and understand better how to operate.

I like android but this one is lacking on the features i am accustomed to. When entering the unlocked code. You got to select the check mark. I am accustomed to when i entered the last digit it open. Yhe same way when making a call The batteries die even if you don't use the phone I guess 3 stars is pushing it.

This phone will do the trick. Just needed something simple. If I like it I will continue to buy.

very simple and easy to use i bought this for my husband now he does't put it down

Bought this phone for our 90 year old mother-in-law. She finally figured out she needed a cell phone for the beauty shop, eye doctor, and cat veterinarian! So far, she has only used the phone. But we hope to get her into using the other features / functions in the future.

Internet is spotty. Can only text to one person at a time. Their support hung up on me because they couldn't solve my problem. Simple to use.

I love this phone! Unlike my old android phone, this phone is so easy to use. I’m glad I purchased the protective case. I always carry my phone in my shirt pocket and with this case it won’t fall out. I also bought the protective glass for peace of mind. I highly recommend the Jitterbug Smart2 Android Phone!

Great phone. My mother really enjoys how simple the features are to use.

Nice enuf phone. Hearing all the hype and the cost, I thought there would be more features. On line set up didn't work so had to work with customer service. Took forever with several long quiet times while on hold. Only been connected for a couple of days so can't say a lot about service.

If you are ready to give up your flip phone and want a smart phone I highly recommend the Jitterbug Smart 2. I also recommend that you make an appointment with Kevin at Best Buy, he made my transition to a new phone easy and understandable!

Once set up, the Smart 2 is a great phone for Seniors, or other first time smart phone users. Set up, however, somewhat difficult - must have understanding of Android phones. Especially if you want to port old number over. You just can't beat the way the home page is designed, and the ease to add & delete apps.

For someone with Brain Damage, other Phone's that have Icon's instead of what each function of the Phone is for makes it difficult for someone who is challenged to use their Phone's. However, the Jitterbug Phone is great. Its still a Challenge, but a little easier to explain to someone who struggles.

My husband has vision issues and he had a flip phone. It was getting hard for him to even make a call so we got the smart phone and so far he is doing good. Yesterday I was way from home and he needed to call me. he did it. It was his first call her made without me there so I was happy he managed.

I've had it 2 weeks and it has been rocky. I was given a 'used' number, so when I called anyone, their caller ID said Denney Micah, I got a new number today; minutes later got a statement in the mail and the totals were no where close to what I was told, and I wrote down, when I signed up for the service 12/20/20 ($65.96/month auto pay 25th of every month). I had a very nice lady today who was patient with this 86 y/o lady, and she explained everything to me: Ultimate Plan plus Basic Plan = $83.71 auto pay on 21st to 24th every month. The first gal never mentioned those plans to me. I assume my BUG will be fine when I use it more. [I was so disappointed that Best Buy store Geek couldn't provide the service.]

It’s a great and simple for seniors to use. The phone is nice and easy to look at for anybody.

this was for my brother in law that could not work a smart phone until he got this. he can do everything he wants with this phone. what he really wants to do easy text, answer the phone, receive text messages and do everything that anybody with a smart phone can. totaly simple to use.

Any problems with this phone are all operator error. This is much easier to navigate than the one I gave up and I am pleased with it even tho' I might have made other changes if I were in the design office. I thought the screen would be bigger so I could hit the right keys with my fat fingers.
