I had to have help setting it up because I found it too difficult. The company charged $35.00 to do it, but it was worth it. After reading the Manuel I was able to learn how to use emai, texting, camera, etc. It is easy to use and the voices are very clear. The phone is wonderful and it was a good. Choice.

I love my Jitterbug Smart2 phone. It is user friendly for those of us who are not tech savvy. It seems to have everything I could want in a prepaid service since this is not my primary phone. The price monthly for the additional security for when I am out and about is worth it to me!

I bought this for my mother who is 74. She has always used a flip phone and was very intimidated by a "normal" smartphone. This phone has the same type of layout the flip phone had and she is getting the hang of the new technology. I never thought I'd ever see my mother text me. Great Phone!!!!

This is my Dad's first Smart phone, and with Dementia it is still confusing and with "Fat fingers", he would turn down the volume when he was trying to turn on the phone. Swiping is also a concept he is just not familiar with. I did find an option that allows you to double tap to get the phone live, that works better so he doesn't mute the phone. But using the phone is still confusing as it take too many clicks to dial and you still need to swipe to answer. So still difficult for Seniors to use, at least those seniors that did not grow up with this technology. It is better than other phones, but I think offering a mode that simpflies even more would be great. I ended up installing Duo. This allows dad to video call which he couldn't do before. I have the Duo contact screen open all the time so that when he opens his phone, he sees his contacts. Now all he has to do is click on the person to call and then click once to either call or video call.

You learn about all the alarms and notifications as time goes by. When a loud alarm bellows you out of sleep at 2AM, you look and find out how to not allow that one. And when a bright flashing light blinks at 4AM, you soon will find how to prevent that one. The new maps app is reliable and helpful navigation, even if you're walking. GreatCall has some great, some not so great yet, and the Jitterbug is Smart 2.

This was a gift that the receiver had mentioned previous interest in -- and it was perfect. It's more advanced than the previous Jitterbug, but it's not as complicated as an iPhone or Galaxy. It's priced well and arrived quickly, too.

This is a really great phone for seniors. My husband is 72 and this phone is so easy for him to understand and use. It has a step by step introduction booklet which is easy for him to understand on how to use a smart phone. He loves it :)

I would give this a 5 rating except it was not easy to set up. Luckily my nephew is a computer programmer with patience. It took some time, due to his work schedule, but it was finally functional,. I am still learning. Due to the virus, I'm not out much, so it isn't in use that much. So far I really like it. Haven't had use for camera yet, so haven't played with that part.

Got this to replace an old Jitterbug Smart phone. The 2 is the same size as the old 1, but the buttons are in slightly different places. The new phone fits in the old case, but the buttons don't line up with the holes in the case.

I purchased this Gitter Bug Smartphone for the Simple of use. You See the apps are from A to Z and you will have to scroll down from A to Z. It is easy to insert a phone number with addresses and notes. Easy as eating apple pie. John F. Needham
