The delivery was very quick. Cell phone that is simple to use.

Doesn't have long charge life. Must charge every night, sometimes more depending on use. Keyboard is a struggle. I have to hit keys two to three times before it accepts (then hope it gives me the key I hit). Other than that it's an okay phone. Probably won't keep this phone permanently.

Large, easy to read screen. Loud ringtone for someone who has trouble hearing. New set up was easy from home through internet. Easy to follow directions. Good size and weight of phone. Monthly charge is reasonable and has many options. All in all, so far so good!

I helped my mom get this. Easy for me to setup and easy for her to use.

This was bought for my father in law. It is a nice phone, he can use it and hear on it. It also has an app to tell us what he is doing, if the phone is getting low on charge and so on. It is not stalker defined. Just says out and about or home

But the company that has the phone plans are a rip off-- they don't explain things well- I had $45.00 of extra charges in less than a week after setting it up. Also can not get signed in over the internet. The $15.00 monthly charged has escalated - about ready to cancel it

We purchased this phone for an elderly parent. The screen is large and well lit. The function keys are large, simple, and easy to press. The phone is also well made and quite rugged. All-in-all a good choice for a senior citizen who has not used a cell phone much in the past.

Easy to set up. Wish I had known about the activation fee ahead of time.

This is my first cell phone and I think even though I'm 90 yrs. old I can learn to use it. At least it sure looks easy enough. The delivery was great and getting it signed up was easy.

This is a simple to setup and use smartphone. It seems to be well made.

Bought for my husband who had tried 4 other phones before finally finding one he could operate successfully in our retirement years! Big icons, numbers, easy set up....yes I am thrilled!! Glad Jitterbug finally offers a smartphone!! And so far, their customer support has been superb!!

I was thinking about changing cell phones and saw the Grandparents Day special in an ad about the Jitterbug Smart2 phone. I bought one on September 12. It was the best move for me. It is so easy to navigate around on my new phone. I love it!!!

Excellent phone for seniors, especially with no contract. It works fine, but a little tedious setting it up. Also, you have to swipe to open the home screen and that presents difficulty for a person who has only one hand. A button to open the home screen would be easier. Also, a one click button to answer calls would be terrific. Swiping is a problem for seniors and disabled.

For the most part, this phone is very easy to operate.

This is great and not just for seniors! No update a week and the format stays the same so you don’t have to learn a bunch of new things every time you use your phone.

So far I like the phone, much better than the flip phone I was using.

Great phone every thing I need to make or receive a call is at my finger tip.

This phone is a lifesaver. It’s easy to set up and easy to use. The operators will call if the emergency button is pressed, even if it’s a mistake. I absolutely recommend it if you have older parents who are alone.
