Great Phone. Easy to use. We especially like the ability to have additional services from Greatcall in case of emergency. We also like the automatic gps, in case the user gets lost. This company has wonderful customer service.

My husband phone quit and we needed a replacement asap. Went online ordered from Best Buy. Went a couple of hours later, drove under a tent gave name and product. Had within a few minutes with very little contact. Employees had on masks and gloves.

I bought this for my friend who'd had a stroke. It's very simple to use, the screen is nice and bright, and the volume is good. She's even learned how to text with voice. Good choice, reasonable price.

So far it has been pretty easy to learn to use. I had seen an article about this phone in my AARP magazine and knew they wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't worthy. I am happy with it so far!

Great, I bought this for my brother who is almost blind and he can now make calls using voice and number and letters are much bigger, I am glad a phone like this is available for people with disabilities.

Yes, I'm "old." Yes, I've used Smartphones before with no problem. But now that I'm working from home and trying to ditch the idea of living through my phone, I wanted something simple that could live in my attache instead of in my hand. The Jitterbug phones are wonderful! Everything's laid out so there aren't any mistakes like "butt-dialing," the Smartphone version syncs to other devices without a problem, and the phone isn't paper thin (which I always hated about other phones). And ... the customer service is always remarkable! I love this phone. (This is my second one ... the other one was a victim of a drowning incident.)

Love this phone, I had an LG Smart phone and just got to complicated to use as I have gotten older. Plus I just didn't need all the bells and whistles. Simple to use and a good value for the price I paid.

Good phone but cannot get my contacts to sync with my ford fusion. It will only download 2 contacts, have spoke with ford and great call no one can figure out why.

I got this phone for my Dad so that he could have an easy phone to use in case he needs me while I'm at work. It's a little more complicated than my Galaxy, but I like the call *5 feature, and the big menu on the front screen.
