My elderly mother had struggled with learning how to use an iPhone; we switched to Jitterbug 2 and she has been much happier (and I’ve gotten way fewer technical calls)

Very happy with the Jitterbug 2 and find it easier to text, get on facebook, share on facebook , photos, etc. Easier to share and text fotos than the prior Jitterbug. Am very happy to go with this purchase also.

hubby has ra and this phone makes t easy to hit the right key he switched from regular smart phone to this one does everything the other phone did just easier to control picks up signal better than previous phones

This is a great phone with all its features clear as daylight. Set up takes a bit of time and it helps to have the grand kids handy for 15 minutes. Then just breeze away. 4/22/2020 Wonderful!

Love the phone! easy to personalize based on your needs.Great for seniors and/or users with limited technical knowledge. I was able to modify it to use only the apps my technically challenged family member needs, nothing extra.

The letters and numbers are small. Very difficult to use keyboard without hitting ones that you don't want to use. Did the enlargement of the keyboard and it does not help. Very expensive to use. You must get unlimited talk, text and data or you will go over your amount very very fast. It is not a light weight phone. Advertisements appear constantly when using the phone to look up things, play games, etc. It doesn't happen when using the phone for calls.

Good phone but setup was not smooth, lots of kinks

Jitterbug Smart2 phone for seniors is a wonderful help. Best Buy gave me great service, and customer support to get it up and running. I am not tech savvy, so this was of great importance to me.

I bought this phone for my mom who is 86. She had an Android track phone and was always having problems figuring out how to do things on it. This is so much easier for her. The display screen tells you exactly what to do once you tap the icon you want. She is actually using the camera on this phone and able to find her pictures she has taken, something she was always having problems with on her other phone.

I bought this phone for my dad to replace his iPhone. The iPhone was too confusing for him but the jitterbug smartphone was an excellent replacement for him!

After 2 other phones, the jitterbug and my 89-year-old Mom are getting along very well. No more arrows to push up and down. The large display is very helpful. Overall costs are reasonable. Tom

easy to use, but was too large to put in my front pocket, so traded it in for the flip phone jitterbug. Anthony gave us great service handling the swap out

Bought this for my mom who wanted something simpler than her other android device. She seems to get it pretty well ("how do I see my messaged again?"). Easy enough.

Purchased for elderly uncle. He is doing much better with this phone than prior flip phone. Easy to read symbols on phone front help a lot.

I purchased the updated version of the Jitterbug Smart because I had dropped the previous version and thereafter it not longer behaved properly. The updated version is so much more user friendly.

Bought it for my dad as he was having trouble using his old smartphone. It was easy to set up and he loves it. Has all the features that he needs (phone, text and data) and none of the other stuff like useless applications etc.

bought for my grandfather's birthday this year since he mentioed hed like to try a smartphone, out of all the options to buy a smartphone the gitterbug is the best option for simplified smartphone usage

I am 74 and didnt think I could use a smart phone. I traded my flip phone for the smart phone and am so happy I did this Really easy to use

I bought this phone for my 89 year old mom. Unfortunately the battery does not stay charged very long which is a big disadvantage for her. This was to be an upgrade from the Jitterbug flip phone. She likes the new phone and would use it more if the battery lasted longer.
