This is the best phone I have owned,easy to work. I would recommend it for older people. It has all the things on it that a person would need

The Jitterbug was purchased for my wife's parents. They are old and still believe that pay phones still exist at every corner. We convince them to get the Jitterbug and now trying to get them to charge the phone.

We went with these phones because of the easy use of the phones and especially the online learning. We are seniors and needed all the help we could get. We also know that Best Buy would also help us if the could.

Bought this for my husband as he was always asking me to look up something for him. He is on his own now and loving it. The Jitterbug Smart Phone 2 is very easy to use with a little practice and patience.

I bought this phone for my Mom that is not tech savvy at all. She loves it and is picking it up quickly. The support folks are great, they will help you and you loved ones with anything when it comes to using the phone.

nothing to really dislike about this phone (wish my Jitterbug flip phone had it's security features!). I find it best for home use because of it's size, still average sized though! :-)

This phone really serves my needs. I’m not a big phone user , but I was ready to go for a better phone than the flip phone I had. The price and features are what I was looking for. So far I’m very satisfied with it.

I wasn't very happy with the sales clerk. She didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the Smartphone for seniors. I purchased the case and covering for the phone and then she wanted to charge for putting them on. It would seem that would be offered with the purchase.

Love my Jitterbug phone. Called their tech service, and they did all the setup with me over the phone. The phone is very easy to use with the whole menu on your home page.

This phone is a fantastic deal for all that it does. It is easy to use and perfect for technically challenged individuals. Love that it came with an instruction book as I do not have internet

I liked the phone and ease of use but my apps kept stopping and requiring me to restart the phone each time. I set it to factory default and it started doing the same thing. I ended up returning the phone.

This was an excellent choice for me, since I wanted to be able to use all the features right away with confidence and ease. Also, your employees were extremely friendly, helpful, & efficient.

I'm sitting on the fence about the Jitterbug Smart Phone. On the positive, no contracts. The down side: phone must be charged every night. I notice when I don't use it, the battery life diminishes. I don't use Apps, etc.

My wife really likes the ease in using this phone that I bought for her.The larger print and the apps are easy to navigate. The battery seems to be adequate too.

The new owner and setup operator could not set the phone up during the allotted setup time. The new owner returned the phone to Best Buy,

I'm still learning the different functions but the book that came with it is easy to follow, and the phone is easy to use.

I'm thrilled to be learning how to use this smart phone. Although I've had computer for some time, I hesitated to get a smart phone. Because of its ease of use, I am quickly learning how to text etc.

I thought it would be good for my mom who is legally blind , I was wrong because the font is still to small at the largest. However it is much easier for her to use than the flip phone

This was bought not for a Senior Citizen, which it is initially designed for, but for an adult on the Autism Spectrum. He is using it and has successfully texted. We are beyond happy!!!!

My poor dad was totally confused by his iPhone. I'd get at least 2 calls per week because he blocked someone, turned the volume down and couldn't remember how to turn it up (he's 88) etc. This is an absolute godsent. The customer service is excellent (the CEO emailed me a response about a problem and had someone follow up several times to make sure it was taken care of) It does take several steps to make a call --- select PHONE, then select CONTACTS and then PICK THE PHONE NUMBER, and that could be easier by allowing just a few icons of frequently called numbers after you hit PHONE, but it's easier than the iphone.
