Bought it for my Mom and she likes it very much with the big keys and tabs, easy to see letters and numbers.

We bought these for our parents having been using flip phones for years and they love them! Easy to set up for them and easy for them to learn and use. Highly recommend

Needed easy to use phone for my mother. Also needed large print due as her vision is declining, This works great !

This is a great phone for those who are just being introduced to smartphones. However, it is not as user-friendly as I had hoped it would be for my 79-year-old mother. The slide-to-answer feature could be a little easier to navigate.

The jitterbug phone is an excellent product. It is easy to use and my husband who has dementia has been able to place a phone call.

Great phone. Easy for my wife to use. She is not into computers. Just got her out of a Flip phone. Now she will listen to voice mails and look at text messages for the first time.

I am still learning about the differences between Smart 1 and Smart 2, but I like the differences I have seen so far, I like that the Call 5 Star button has been moved over to the right, but I still accidentally press it.

After 7 Hours over 4 days spent WAITING... There are still issues with BOTH phones... Exchanged one with battery issue, recycled phone number shows someone else’s name when I call anyone. Second phone is not holding a charge... My patience has run thin!!!

I had the flip phone but messaging was difficult and got in a situation where I needed to text a lot more, so I got the Smart 2. Also the pictures on the flip phone weren't great but were much better on the Smart 2. This is an android smart phone with the optional Great Call apps. When you first get it, if you select "advanced", you get an android phone rather than the one big menu. All the apps that used to run on my older $600 pixel phone run on this $75 phone. Some of the apps from Great Call are useful and can be run as any other android app.

Fairly easy to use for a no tech savvy elderly parent. Photos and texts come across with good resolution. Not wild about the package/usage plans with Great Call but this the only viable phone out there for elderly needs.

Seems to be working good. Only complaint is where the emergency call button is placed, right next to the Home button. Because my hands shake, I keep hitting the emergency and ended up calling 911 on multiple tries.
