When He Told Me This I Was Looking Through The Front Door Wathching People Getting Curb Side Sevice My Brother Wanted To Purchase The Same Phone & Accessories That I Bought & Now He Doesnt Trust Your Store Any More Than I Do Just So You Know! The Middle East Rep Hung Up On Me 3 Times !!!!!!

I really like it. It is simple and intuitive. Instead of using icons for everything it uses words. Actual Words!

The larger size takes some getting used to. I have a handicap(bad hand) so using my voice to text is necessary and it works great.

I've been doing computers (but not cell phones) since 1985, so I thought set-up would go easy. Wrong. It would not hook up to my home WiFi. I was on the phone to the Lively help line at least four times. Took at least 5 days to get it working. Had to go to the neighbors, for some reason it was able to access that Wifi. Then it downloaded up-dates, and after I went and bought a stylus it didn't come with, so I could successfully use the minature keyboard, I finally got it going. So, getting it working was a horror story. But the function of the phone itself is not bad! I was particularly impressed with the accuracy of the "speech to text" function for sending texts! No typing, just say what you want to send, for me, much quicker. And you say "period" and "coma", it inserts punctuation. Very nice! This is an early review, I'm a cell phone beginner, so YMMV. Setup was difficult, but what I've seen of the working product so far, I think I will enjoy learning how to use it!

This phone is extremely easy for someone to understand. We got this phone for my grandmother who had trouble working even a flip phone and this one has made it so much easier for us to keep in contact with her. It is loud enough for the people who are “hard of hearing”, and it even has a quick call button for emergency services
