Do not buy!

I purchased the Jitterbug Smart 2, called Great Call and was told it would be $35 to activate. I also was given quotes for the Plans. They were so much more expensive than Tracfone with much fewer min./data/text time. I also had to give them my bank and other personal info. which I was not comfortable with. I returned the phone and bought a Smartphone Tracfone that I'm extremely happy with for $50 and that includes 1500 min./data/text ea. and can add min. if I want to. If I buy this or similar phone every year for $50 I am way ahead of the cell phone cost game.

Not to good

Had to be charged 3 times a day. Battery would only last about 4 hours. Exchanged for new one and came problem. Returned it and went with a different brand
