this phone is sooo easy to use!! .. i have had 2 smart phones b4 and had to give up trying to learn how to use them... this one however is so simple i swear even a monkey could use it.. lol! haven't mastered the camera yet, but i will soon... i am so happy with this phone!!!

The Jitterbug Smart Phone 2 is a very user friendly phone for those who want the capabilities of a Smart Phone without going through all the complicated user instructions required of a typical Smart Phone. Set up is fast and easy.

Purchased this phone to replace a Jitterbug Flip. My mother is 89 years old and had been using the Flip for several years. The Flip failed and had to be replaced was told the flip was no longer available by Lively. Navigation was too different and presented challenges to the point she just stopped using the phone. Cancelled the service.

Great phone for older, less tech savvy people. Great price and very easy to use.

Phone is good for beginners who really don't need all the bells and whistles as other phones.

I purchased this for someone else and it was a nightmare getting it set up for her. So many delays and encrypted account issues! I do think they could make it easier. Also the pricing was very difficult to get straight--we just needed something simple for a beginner. I purchased it in Spokane as a drive-up customer at Best Buy and that went really smoothly. It was a relief to be able to do that easily.

I bought this for my 90 year old mother and she is having a hard time with it. To make a phone call it takes 4 steps, 1 you press where it says "phone" 2 you have to find the person 3 you have to decide if you want to talk or text, 4 you press the button for your option. Also she did not think it was loud enough for her so she would always have to press the speaker button to talk and listen and that would make it step #5. She does NOT have dementia but at 90 her eyes and ears ( and fingers) are not what they use to be. The 5 star button is big and red, but it is also too easy to press and she ended up calling 5 star 8 times the first week by accident, when they were talking to her she got confused and just kept pressing buttons. We are giving it one more week to see if she wants to keep it

This was just right for my mother in law. She needed something simple.
