No real complaints there. There is still a learning curve but so far my senior citizen Mother is navigating her way through it one step at a time. My only suggestion would have been to put the volume control and the on and off button on opposite sides of the phone.

I wish the call function didn’t take 3 steps and answering was easier. She is getting used to it some what but it would be so much better if it took just one touch to call your top ten contacts.
