Great buy for the money and easy to use. Also, easy to follow instructions

This was a gift for my parents. They are still learning how to use it. I printed the step by step instructions to help them learn how to use it. They loved it.

I gave this 2 points because the phone itself was great. The customer service was a disaster! Since set up & all problems are handled by their customer service it was a very important aspect of this purchase. They were not knowledgeable & kept trying to PUSH me into a service for medical call help that I didn’t want. I repeatable told them “unlimited text & calling” but they kept pushing another option. I finally gave up & returned the phone to Best Buy.

This is my first smart phone, so it is hard to rate it with my old phone. So far things are fine, just trying to learn. The one thing that is bad is, I do not have any grand kids to help me. The quality of the the phone is good.

Simple introductory smart phone for older generation. Fairly easy to use. Missing many convenient settings and applications. Main disappointment is the battery life is so poor for such a "simple" phone. We got this for my 88 year old father. He is ready to move on to a "real" smart phone. If you want to introduce someone to a smart phone, this may be the portal for you. However, I don't think you will be satisfied with it for long.

Great options. Got a Fit Bit for Christmas and it works great with the Jitterbug. Really easy to use once you get used to it with so many more features than the flip phone, while they are easier to find and use than most smart phones. Camera is great too!

The phone was a gift to our friend, he LOVES it!!! The only thing that has become an issue is that the volume for ringing isnt loud enough for him unless his surroundings are quiet. Other than that, the phone is great for him! Thank you!

This phone is easy to use and has all the features I need. I love the voice texting feature. Takes great pictures and during our conversations, friends tell me the clarity is wonderful.

Phone was very easy to set up and Jitterbug’s customer service was excellent. The functionality on the phone is very easy to use especially for someone who is not great at technology.

Product good but requires external set up assistance.

Was quite surprized about how close it comes to an IPhone.
