I can't say much about the phone because it was for gift for my wife's older sister who is a senior on a fixed income. The data plan was $59.99 for the smart phone then on top of that they charge over $29.00 in monthly taxes. I am thinking that > .could have done

This has not been a good experience. Directions are not clear to me, a senior citizen so was able to get some phone numbers in there but never could figure out how to get Google up and runnin. And your store won't give me any help. I've been there twice just with simple questions.

Works fine, I didn't think about wanting Face time

Could not get signed up the day it was purchased. Even with signing up for cellular connection only we could not get through due to all of the networks and wi fi around us. Just 12 hour time frame for assistance to connect. For an older senior not as user friendly as expected.

Had to return. It was too much, too many screens, too many steps, for my mom. Went back to the flip phone. Also when putting it into a hard case, the back of the phone started to come off. Snapped back on, but that should not have happened.

Dad is 85 and is able to use his first smart phone - thanks!

The Jitterbug phone is really easier for older people who are not so comfortable with technology. Their customer service is excellent and they will walk you through setting it all up. Quick service by Best Buy - good accessories.

This was my 81 year old friends first smart phone. It ended up being a great choice for her. It is very easy to learn and the customer service people at Great Call are wonderful. They helped her get her number ported over from her old flip phone and she is very happy.

Practice with parents so they are familiar with apps.

its ok i mean i like it but we will see my husband and i both got the same cell phone and we love lively which is great call we had them before and they were great and i hope they still are even thou they have a different name now

Its good, but a challenge because I am not use to it yet!!

Well I bought the flip phone cannot hear cannot tax a waste of money Best Buy said I had to eat it so I went and bought the smart to at least I got here now and I guess he and I get here

Bought this phone for my 91 year old father in law and he loves it

My Mom wanted to try a smartpbone, we decided on the Jitterbug. Set up was very easy. We were able to contact customer service a real person right away to complete set up. So far she has found the phone to be easy to use and can even text at 83!

Great customer service!! Good product for seniors. Good service plan. Very knowledgeable employees that went way out of their way to help me and to explain the products I purchased. Will definently refer friends and acquaints to your business.

After hours trying to get it working GreatCall sent a replacement that arrived after Christmas GreatCall was And is very helpful and it works. I have a lot to learn... The quality of the replacement is good but rated it 3 stars because the first one didn't work

Good Service. Employee very knowledge and willing to offer help once we had had contacted our old server and ported our phone number over to our new phone.

My 88 year old mother bought this and she learned it in no time. She loves texting and feels more secure when we are away from home. The setup was super easy with Great Call... They literally talk you thru it.

Not interested at the moment maybe at a later time

Great phone for someone that has intellectual disabilities.
