    MY WIFE WANTED A NEW PHONE THAT WAS SIMPLE TO OPERATE, SO WE WENT TO BEST BUY AND BOUGHT THE ONE THAT THEY RECOMMENDED...THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WALKED US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE.....

    cheap phone for my dad but this thing is slow and fragile. be very careful because if you expect to have any other apps installed its going to be a painful experience

    I bought this phone for my 80 year old dad for the features and I am very disappointed. It’s not user friendly, the battery drains fast, it’s not as easy to use as they say. Swiping to answer calls is tricky. Very expensive to own as features are ala carte or sold in a even more expensive package with things you don’t need.

    The employees of Great call were super nice and courteous and helpful. However, my phone would not always respond as it was supposed to do. It would hang up and not respond every time that I turned it on. It would just sit there and eventually would come on. When I tapped for my contacts, guess what I got all of my e-mail addresses from the internet mixed in with my phone contacts...That did not make any sense. I would be looking at the screen and it would suddenly turn horizontal. Plus many other weird things. I returned it. I had already activated it so am going to lose my $35.00 fee unless the company would take into consideration why it was returned.

    Based on my loyalty to best buy and a deal of yhe day offer bought two phones.Friend also bought two.they needed customer service and found it almost non existant I then researched their history of service which was terrible.As such will try to return them buy a "better " phone and stay with current carrier. Too many bad reviews for me to lock into doing bussiness with

    I need to come in to get the phone into my Armstrong account, a ir cannot get connected to my w-fi account, also need some information as to how it works. Need information on the emergency button.

    Sales person was helpful. A little tedious to get phone set up with existing number, but manageable for me. This is my 79 year old mother's new phone - had she had to get this set up herself it would not have been easy for her

    The demo phone in the store was not working so we couldn’t test out the features. Bought it anyway and discovered that the UI is not as user friendly for seniors as we thought. Too many non-intuitive steps to place a phone call or text. Swiping up to answer a call also is taking my friend’s mom some getting used to. We ended up installing another Help Launcher app and using it as the default instead of the “Jitterbug Experience”. She loves the other launcher app with its simple UI, big font and icons, and intuitive, simpler navigation. Overall the Jitterbug Smart2 was a bit disappointing for the senior user.

    I just wanted a simple phone to make calls and send some texts, and thought this would be perfect. The problem is, Great Call apparently doesn't cover my street - despite what their map showed. The support staff was very nice, but I knew I was in trouble when she told me to go outside and stand away from any trees to try and get a signal. The phone was a great price, but what's a great price when it doesn't work in your neighborhood?

    This phone is replacing an old flip phone used by my mother-in-law(97). It was clearly a new operating system but she stuck with it and is now delighted by how easy it is to use and some of the additional features.

    My dad and I find this mobile clumsy and too big. Secondly, as he has a brain injury, he is unable to really adjust to using all the apps and features. This is not a great phone for those with dementia or Alzheimer's.

    This is my third jitterbug phone . 2 smart & 1 flip.I like all of them.Never a problem with any. Phone service is great.I'm 81 yrs .I've had jitterbugs for about 15 yrs.

    It is very useful. But one thing that was giving trouble. The emergency call button is at the bottom right corner always get a chance of call by mistake. It happened to me a number of occasions.

    Love the phone. I bought it for my dad. He can do it the menu is easy and clear. U can edit menu so there are only what u want on list. It’s simple to activate online All made easy for older folks!

    This phone does not last long! I charged according to instructions, I have only made 5 calls and received 3. I still don't know how much data I am paying for. The phone has my email on it, I don't want that. Just phone and pictures! It is sucking up all the power for email, I am trying to find a job, not from phone! It really sucks! Can I return it? You can look at history and see for yourself!

    Nick greeted us on the walk by our appt. AND Adam was waiting as he was for our appt. Wonderful folks and will ALWAYS take ALL our business to Best Buy. The Geek Squad are life savers.
