I bought this phone for my 87 year old mom. Although she doesn't use all the features and is still "learning," she is enjoying it. I would recommend this phone.

Could not use the phone after I set it up. It gave me an error and said to call costumer service. I called but because it was Christmas they were closed and had to wait the next day.

The phone looks like an excellent product but when we called for service, we were mislead. The box indicates no contract and monthly charges of $17.00. When we tried to activate the phone, the charges turned out to be $42.00+. The vendor claims that the additional monies are New York State taxes. The phone was returned to Best Buy and a full refund issued. Buyers Be Ware!

So far it is a good phone to have for seniors like me. You can understand it and find your way around easily.....the only thing is it has to be charged more often.

The only thing we've found that we don't like is that the conference call feature that is talked about in the in-phone instructions apparently doesn't really work.

I do not think the Jitterbug smart phone is as good as it is suppose to be. I have had to have help several times and the person who helped was terrible very rude.

I still have a land line and will not give it up. But we are force to have one of these. But refuse to pay the cost of a reg cell phone so this is perfect for me.

I bought this camera for my wife because she was unhappy with her Consumer Cellular phone. So far, she thinks it is great.

It's for my brother, a senior citizen who's in assisted care. I've heard about it from a satisfied friend. It seems a good bargain for older folks.

Relatively easy set up of account and transfer of number from other carrier. Good intro instructions, does all we need from text to email, gps, and internet access.

This phone does not give the signal strength that the advertising says it will. In Grand Island Ne I get all bars but about 8 milies souith of Grand Island and on in to and around Hastings there is mostly no bars, sometimes the 1 little bar. Certainly does not do what advertising says it will in the Hastings area. I am on my 2nd phone, thinking the 1sr phone was defective but the 2nd phone is no better. Best Buy is trying to help with the problem but no luck. Need to contact the manufacturer of the phone.

I like the alert button. It makes me feel safe and I don't have to wear a chain or bother with all the items that come with a Medical Alert.

Slow. Not as easy to use as they say. My wife is going back to her iPhone. We add re planning to return the Jitterbug.

My new cell phone is fantastic. I especially love the services that GreatCall provides. They are efficient and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

This is my 3rd Great Call Lively cell phone. I've always paid them full price but the one I just got at Best Buy was half price!

I bought this for my father who is 90 and he really likes it. I have a iPhone but was really impressed this phone. I may purchase one for my husband.

Had to replace my wife's new phone after she washed it by mistake. You had it in stock so I was able to gift her a new one for Christmas.

I bought this phone for my mother. While she does like it, she has to always use the speakerphone or she can not hear the caller. But the real problem is battery life. Even with WIFI off, Bluetooth off and notifications off, the battery will not last more than 36 hours even when not in use. Since I don't live with her I noticed this just after the 15 day return had expired.
