I just got this camera. I haven't really used it much yet since I just had it activated. I can give you a better review at a later date.

Bought this for my mother who is 78 years old, she finally gave up her old flip phone , she loves the phone, very user friendly for the older generation

This IS the simplest smart phone made! It took about half an hour to transfer my frequent calls list and familiarize myself with the features.

I bought this phone because I believed it to be easier to use than other cell phones. IT IS!

Easy to operate. The print is easy to see, and fingers hit the right button. Still learning all of it. But really like it.

She never had a smart phone before and needs to learn how to use it and having a good time with it

Inconvenient that you can't have a combined offer/rate for seniors. These were purchased for my mom and stepdad and had to get 2 plans.

Excellent customer service. Jitterbug phone so easy to use, especially for senior who has never owned a smartphone before.

This was a gift and my sister is enjoying it and learning how to use her phone.

Bought this phone for my 80 yr. old aunt. She's doing great with it and we love the special features--- emergency info, and connect to emergency contacts.

bought 2 phones wk ago my phone working ok wifes phone have yet to get email - car setup- very poor little or no help from greatcall or bestbuy

I haven't actually set up the phone yet but I like the overall makeup of it and more than sure the person that I bought it for will be extremely pleased

Got this for my 80 year old dad. It was still too challenging for him and not as intuitive as I thought it would be.

Had this phone for quite awhile and had to replace with a new one. Bought the same thing, but don't like the new keyboard...otherwise it's a good deal.

It was a nice phone but the plans are ridiculous!! Bought a regular smart phone and deleted all the extras, so my dad uses that instead.

The Jitterbug phone is perfect for me at age 86 and so easy to use. It makes me feel safe anywhere asI can get help if I need it.

I purchased for my Mom as an upgrade from her flip phone from great call. They phone set up is easy but the simplified applications were often more difficult to access the standard Apple or Android applications. After server tries with this phone we ended up going back to the flip phone and I have new phone in my desk drawer. Great call customer service is very good, however there phone products are only marginal.

This Smart2 Jitterbug was a disappointment. It is not as easy to use as advertised. Too many steps to complete the functions. I do not recommend it. I was not told that this basically is a Goggle phone, something that I never would have ordered had I known. Google wants to control the options. I returned the phone and subsequently bought an iPhone and now am very satisfied.

This phone was easy to set up and import numbers. The support staff was very good.
