Have Patience

It took over 2 weeks for my transfer to complete, and that was calling every other day. Guess you have to take a chill pill if you want to use it right away. So bad customer service.

Battery Would not hold a charge

Not happy

He wanted a simple phone like his old flip phone. He isn’t interested in technology at all. I tried to do a trade in fir the jitterbug flip but was unable to so I just purchased it outright. Much to my dismay it went down approx $30 not to long after my purchase but to late for a refund ☹️

Nice display but missing important features

The phone is a great concept and good design but has several major problems 1- BIG PROBLEM- no voice dial. This mandates users using multiple keystrokes to call 2) limited customization. I was able to highlight a few key people on her main screen, but again requires multiple keystrokes are required to call Bottom line-my mother found this phone difficult to use
