Except for one person my experience was very frustrating. I felt the ads were misleading as to price and ease. $35.00 to help activate it. Tried to charge me twice for that. Sent me to a Google place where they wanted to charge me $5.00 to answer my question.. I finally gave up after several attempts and sent it back. The lady who helped me do that was extremely helpful and nice. The girl at Best Buy told me I could use it in Canada by just pushing a button. Another employee told me they could not guarantee that I could get reception up there. Not a good experience at all.

Just getting used to my new phone . The letters are difficult to touch but speaking text messages makes up for that.

Phone is great. I got it for my father who is in love with it.

The device worked just fine. Getting an account opened via Great Calls was a two-hour ordeal.

Worst phone I've ever had. 5 Star feature involuntarily calls 911 while in my pocket Indignant representative from Greatcalls said I should be more careful, and cannot turn off this service. It can sometimes take many swipes of the screen with my finger to answer phone. The coverage is terrible compared to ATT and Consumer Cellular.

Great Jitterbug 2 phone is not complicated to set up for easy use

Great item for seniors. Easy to use with the screen being very clear and not cluttered.
