my mom is 87. She has had several phones and never was able to operate them. The jitter bug is the phone for her. She was even able to put in contacts and correct her mistakes all on her own. Great purchase

Had some problems getting connected. First I was told by both consumer Cellular and great call that I could use my consumer cellular service. It ended up that I could not. Just took a while to get straightened out it was very frustrating. Now I have to use great call and I put paid quite a bit more for my service.

Purchased this phone for our son who has some limitations. Thought it would be easier to use and text. So far it is working well. The one issue we have if you store the phone in your jean pocket, it tends to call the onstar emergency line on its own. He is now keeping it in a jacket pocket, but this may be an issue once it gets warm again.

This was a gift for my mom. She had the flip jitterbug and wanted to move up in the tech world to feel as though she was a little more up with the times. The phone is great. She can hear out of it very well. Also she is able to work the phone on her own. She is able to see which is another plus. I am just super glad that she likes it.

This is a very nice phone, it does plenty of things, couldn't ask for anything more. The *5 was the selling point for me; you put in all your info and if anything happens they can forward it to the appropriate people including anyone you choose; just press the *5 button and it's all you have to do, help is on the way no matter where you are. Everything is great about it.

I bought this phone for my mother. It was a little bit frustrating to set up, at least in our area. After the initial learning phase, she is now able to make and answer calls. I especially like the 5* button. This gives me a peace of mind.

This is my third try at a smartphone and they are right, it (probably) is the easiest on the market to use. After having a flip phone for the last several years, it is harder than that, but has more rewarding features. We'll see how it goes. I did hot grow up with this kind of phone. Our family got this for my 89 year old mother for Christmas. Set up was easy. We got her a new phone number so she wouldn't know before Christmas. Canceling other phone service was easy afterward. She loves this phone and can see everything. Her old phone was a flip phone she has had since 2011.

I was going to purchase the Jitterbug flip phone but after discussing my two options I opted to by the smartphone for a little less than twice the price and a couple of dollars more a month. I have been using it regularly and have been very pleased. I am still learning some of the functions.

This phone has larger buttons & screen and has easier to find Functions than most phones.

Good phone for seniors and affordable. Easy to use.

Smartphone 2 is same replacement of previous phone that had water damage, While the phone was fine the Best Buy salesperson did not take the time to transfer information to new phone from original which required MY loss of time (full day ) in getting it accomplished with help from Jitterbug hotline. I am still trying to retrieve complete photo files after nearly 2 weeks. Best Buy is no longer my geek squad but a more appropriate term would be "freak" squad . I'm not sure I will order from BestBuy again.

Bought this phone for my mother, who is 90 years old. She loves it, has actually figured it out and uses it. It is actually a good phone with full features that are organized for ease of use. Sound is great, volume great, plans are reasonable. I am impressed

This device is simple and easy to use. It's very responsive and user-friendly. My 89 year old mom is using it and for the first time in her life she is texting and seeing photos the family is sending. It's a miracle!! AND this device is very affordable. We are very happy!!

The phone has larger numbers and letters and is relatively easy to use

My grandpa got this phone and handles it with complete confidence. It’s simple easy to read and thier customer service is amazing. Anyone who struggles with iPhones or are beginners I’d recommend this to anyone!

Very easy to use and the size is good for a person with large hands.

I bought this phone and the only issue I had was the salesperson giving me the wrong phone number. It took me a day and a half to figure that one out. I had a great conversation with a gal from Great Call who helped me out. Teaching the parents who are in their 80's how to use a smart phone. Big writing and easy step by step directions in the manual

This is a great camera for new seniors to use. It is simple to use and is a nice size

Most of the phone is easy to use. Battery didn’t last long. The emergency Star button could be placed in a different place as I kept hitting it and calling emergency service. They were very kind about my calls over and over. I am returning my phone and going back to my consumer cellular flip phone.
