When we start using I don’t want to have to charge it constantly. That will defeat the ‘easy use’ part of why I purchased it.

Not as easy as touted

Thought this would be easier for mom who has dementia and had lost the ability to use most iphone functions. She could not get the swipe to open ideas after days of practice. She would push and drag, I tried other words like flick, to no avail. The round button on the iphone is more straight forward.

Great phone for people with poor eyesight.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received the Jitterbug Smart2 phone as a free trial and I will definitely be switching from my current phone to this one. I love the larger screen and ease of use, overall. It has easy access to the options and apps that I use most, as well as simple instructions with each option I'm less familiar with using. It takes great photos with so many options such as adjusting light, zoom, panoramic views, and much more. It's so simple to send photos to family and friends. I also love the GPS function making it easier for me to navigate to my destinations. Only issue I have with this phone is that I was unable to access the 5* service with the trial and the 5* button is easy to accidentally touch which makes it automatically dial 911 with every touch. I do recommend this phone for anyone who may have trouble using other phones, as well as anyone who is just looking for a good quality phone that has all the same functions as any other phone with pluses.

Not Elderly Friendly

They are both on the same side and my elderly mother keeps lowering the ringer volume without realizing it. Then, of course, she never hears her ring and misses calls all the time. Returning this phone. I think an iPhone would be easier.

Useless trash

Without use. I bought this for my father inlaw and he suffers from memory issues so remembering to charge once daily is rough now this phone is proving useless
