We ordered a Jitterbug smart phone through Best Buy. When we received it, we went round and round and round with Great Calls as well as our current carrier AND Best Buy. Five days and a new SIM card later, we were stumped and told there was nothing anyone could do for us in order to get this phone going and so we gave up. Sent the phone back and bought a cheap Tracfone instead that was a breeze to set up.

Everyone said it was easy to use. I did not find it that way. Also had trouble setting up billing for monthly charges.

This phone was terrible. It quit ringing in under two weeks. It was difficult to use. When I would touch the screen it did nothing. I had to tap it several times for the screen to react. And I didn't like all the steps it took to do any task, especially calling someone. Rather than mess with it, I just went to a different carrier. I would NOT recommend this phone.

This was not a good choice for my Dad as I had hoped. He had to return it. Simply had trouble even getting it set up. My sister had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get it to work for him. It was suggested that the siding on his house could have been the problem! He will need to get another phone. Very disappointed!

Had always heard about how easy this phone was to use so purchased it for non-tech husband. It was awful, both the required network and the phone itself. I sent it back!

I was very disappointed. As it turns out the phone was last year's model. That was not clear when I ordered it. We had difficulty right away. The touch-pad was "touchy", sometimes it took a very light touch, other times we had to hit the letters or numbers over and over before registering. In addition, I had to pay $30.00 to register the phone. I returned the phone in one day and won't get that back.

It was purchased for my aunt who is hard of hearing even though she has had a cochlear implant surgery on one of her ears. This cell phone is not compatible with her sound processor and fyi "Great Calls" will not refund you the activation fee of it doesn't work so rven though you can return the phone to Best Buy Great Calls will NOT refund that fee.

Upset..it clearly states it is compatible with all hearing aids. Not True! I bought this phone to connect to RESOUND hearing aids and only worked for a day. Found out you need ANOTHER device to help stream or connect it to the tune of $250.00 What a loss!

When trying to set this phone up we were instructed to give our password so it could connect to our wi fi. None of the ads ever mentioned that we had todo this. So now it sits on a table because we are unable to use it. It is supposed to be senior friendly but as far as I am concerned it is not as it was advertised.

I wanted something simple for my Dad's first smartphone. Nothing was simple about this phone. Trying to activate was a nightmare. Exchanged it for a LG K30 instead. Do not buy this phone.
