Not Happy

I upgraded from a Jitterbug that I had for a number of years and loved it. Much of info on this smart phone I have and use on my desktop computer. I'm afraid I moved too fast with this upgrade. disappointed in Jitterbug Smart 2 phone

The new one doesn't always send or receive texts. The voicemail doesn't work, it stops after the first couple of seconds, and as far as I know, you can't retrieve the remaining message.

My mother can’t use it

the phone don't work

No Jitterbug for me
