This phone was a good idea that went bad. The screen developed vertical white lines and went to grey to black with no response. Returned as defective.

During the "set-up" the phone quit processing & showed screen which read, "Set-up Failed". I need to return this product but only received recorded message when I called Best Buy store.

The Jitterbug Smart2 is an amazing device. From the moment I opened the box I knew it would be perfect for a person like me. The size is perfect just like any other smart phone and have bigger letters so if you wear glasses or your eyes are a litle bad, you will be able to see so much clearly. This phone has so many features from messaging, social media and you can search the web like any other phone. It is also perfect for if you want to video message with your loved ones who don't live nearby. The battery life is one quality that is amazing. I give the Jitterbug Smart2 a thumbs up because it works flawlessly. Not to mention is does take good quality pictures as well. Definitely a smart phone I am proud to own!!

i mistakenly canceled an order and i bought the phone through the store and still have it. i don't understand why you don't have a button to cancel an accidental cancellation.

This Great Call Android phone, it would Not program to set up as instructed per Lively great call. They had to ship me a replacement phone; then after 5 days without a cell phone; then that replacement did not work.

Not worth it. Haven’t had the phone a year and had to replace it. Missed calls, not charging right, and the great call phone plans are to expensive. Wouldn’t recommend

I returned this product because it was missing a SIM card and I was unable to do anything with it. I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card for the purchase.

This phone doesn't allow you to block calls and you have to go back to start every time you want to do something. I wouldn't recommend this for seniors.

The keyboard is crazy small. Don't know how they expect a senior citizen to manage the keys. I hate this phone.

Unable to activate. Called Best Buy for help, on hold 20 minutes, gave up. Probably a good phone if activated. Will try something else.

This phone only works on the Great Call service. I sent the phone back because their service is expensive.

You can’t use major carriers you have to use theirs

Terrible phone. It just kept talking. No clue how to make it stop. Maybe it was broken.
