I am not happy with my Smartphone 2 It is not that easy to use

I will be returning this. very complicated for me to activate.

Phone is too big and heavy for small seniors with semi paralysis in hands.

If person has any memory issue this is not the phone for them. Too difficult.

Would NOT buy another!!! Have NOT activated yet as of 2/29/20.

phone was defective but Best Buy make a refund. We thank them for that

JITTERBUG SMART 2 is so easy to use! Perfect for people with little or no experience with a smartphone. It is lightweight and comfortable to hold. The sound is high quality and loud enough to hear all notifications. The quality of both the camera and Google maps are crystal clear!

Jitterbug. Is a great phone with huge letter and app easy to read and very easy to understand only problem have to make sure phone is fully charged before use, phone is great for people that have problems being able to read small text

A great phone that is light but big enough to navigate around and see with simple menu / home and back button , easy to use , great speaker phone that are both loud and clear , it had all the features that will meet everyone needs beyond personal uses. I loved the package of health and safety services for the elderly with the Call 5* Feature!.

I love the font size and simple icons. The screen size is great. I do not like that you can't personalize the home screen. I do not like the power and volume keys on the same side. If this is your first smartphone, it's perfect and very simple to use.

I like this phone! It has large buttons and a large colorful screen that is easy to use. It may look like a heavy phone but it is very slim and light. I like that it also has some memory games to play. It tends to lag a bit at times so keep in mind that it is not one of the fastest phones out there but still a quality product.

The Jitterbug Smart2 phone is amazing. It is a light weight phone, with a long battery life and very easy to use. Everything is easy accessible by just swiping up. It also has a health and safety device which has urgent Response Service. Everything you need is at your finger tips with this Jitterbug Smart2 smartphone. This phone is great for ALL ages.

I love this phone! The larger screen size is great. It gives me the ability to use my finger to click instead of needing to use a stylus as on my own phone. The layout with titles appearing in a line makes it so much easier to find what you're looking for instead of searching through a bunch of little icons.

It's a good phone to use. I like it being Android or utilizing the Android system as that is what I have used previously. It is very simple to use and sometimes appears to be to simple for what you want to utilize it for. Since iy=t is so simple to use, it would probably fit the needs of some individuals who are not so tech-savy.

As a user of a smartphone, I decided to get the jitterbug to see how the service works. I did like how large the phone was, and that the letters and numbers were large enough to see. I did not like the quality of the service, like the camera - the quality of the phones are horrible, the photos are blurry and out of focus, and the service itself was not well. I had issues with the emails, they were arriving a day later, and a lot of them, I was not able to read. The sound quality of the phone was hit and miss, there was a lot of static on the line, even after I hung up and recalled, or they called me back. I was unable to download a app that I needed for school, which was very frustrating. Overall I would give the phone to an elderly family member for emergency purposes as an extra line with important numbers already stored. I think the phone should be more capable of doing several things, at this point it needs to compete with the newer products.

It's fast, easy to use and great for older seniors who have a hard time seeing the smaller buttons/letters on most smart phones. The pics came out fuzzy and I retired them several times, in my opinion the camera sucks. Other than that it's a decent smartphone, at a decent price. The battery lasts me all day even while surfing the web and if I wanted to I could add a safety call service for just a few bucks more a month!

The Jitterbug Smart2 was ready to go--easy to use and loved the quickness in the time it took to recharge and the length of the battery life--a real step up from my previous smart phone. I also liked the size and slimness of the phone, very lightweight and not "Big and Clunky" like some other smart phones.
