Easy to use. My mom loves it. Texting couldn’t be any easier

We bought this for my mother in law to use, and it is much easier to use than her previous phone. Set up was not difficult, so a good purchase.

Love this phone. Real easy to learn the functions. Am enjoying the maps and camera. Takes good pics.

This is a great smartphone for the elderly. Type is large. Functions are simplified but can still add any google app you want. Can even have it read to you.

This phone is better than the flip phone. Easy to access options on the front of the phone. Its was on sale, and worth every penny.

The Jitterbug smart 2 is easy to learn, easy to use. It is especially designed for older users. It includes GPS with easy maps. I especially appreciate the 5 star feature which allows the user to call for help from home or on the road.

Switched from flip phone to newer jitterbug 2 smarter phone and so far find it fairly easy to use although I have not mastered all the available (new to me) features.

Bought this jitterbug smart2 for my elderly father in law who had only used a flip phone before. He had never texted before and this phone made that very easy. The interface is so simple and he has done really well with it. Setup was easy and the customer service agent who helped us transfer his number was super-friendly and respectful. Only disadvantage is a low selection of cases/protectors on the market; but we found one he liked.

So very easy to use. I wish I would have gotten it sooner The only drawback seems to be low battery life but aside from that I love it

Really nice phone. I bought this for my grandfather. There is definitely a learning curve going from his flip phone but he's getting the hang of it quickly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to text and send email.

The jitterbug 2. Is great for use for me. Being a Senior it is easy to use without having to use very. many steps. It reminds me of using my Kindle 10. The salesman who helped me get it was very helpful.

Overall, setup was easy. Customer support is essential. When entering information using the key pad, the keys are very small and it is easy to make a mistake.

Seems like it works well to senior in long term care and trembling hands. Would be good for anyone looking for a simple interface that is easy to understand.

Purposed for my elderly parents that have difficulty using most cell phones. Quality phone. Good sound. Easy to work.

Help my step-mother-in-law get this and set it up for her. Pretty straightforward process although setting up all of the logins could be intimidating for some older people.

Having gone through one smart phone and two flip phones, husband was finally ready for another smart phone. He doesn't like technology and was fighting his phones or not using them enough to learn how to use them with ease and confidence. He is determined to be better and this smart 2 phone is helping him attain his goal. He needs to get from the home page to his goal in as few steps as possible; this phone achieves that with big touch visuals for his big fingers. Thank you!

Switched from iPhone 7. Looking for something less annoying. Surprised how well the internet access works! Volume is too low powered especially in speakerphone mode.

I bought this phone for my elderly mother. The touchscreen is easy to navigate, great sound quality and simple to use.

The phone is easy to use except for the "Swipe" to answer. Takes several swipes. An actual story. My wife was playing with the phone to learn it's features & hit "Call 5*". We did not order Call 5* so they sent the call to 911. My wife told them she did not have an emergency. "I'm playing with a new frigging smart phone and called you by mistake." "Where are you he asked." I don't know the condo name here in Destin, FL, my husband is out playing golf." "What's your Condo unit #. I don't know & hung up. 911 called back & said we will send a unit out their if you say "yes. No call my husband at 901/xxx-xxxx on the golf course and hung up." We died laughing later when she told me the story. The phone really is easy to use.

I'm happy with this phone but wish it had a couple features like the Jitterbug Flip phone does such as the flashlight & magnifier (if there's a flashlight I've not found it yet). The Flip gives instructions for downloading photos onto a computer but there's no option apparently on the Smart2 phone. Each phone has their pro's and con's, just too bad you can't get it all on the Smart2 phone.
