easy to use, the best smartphone for anyone who has problems seeing small letter, numbers. very clear and easy to see.

The Jitterbug phone is especially made simple so that anyone can understand how to use it.

This phone is perfect for my 80 year old mother. It was easy to set up and port her number from another carrier. She had an old iPhone and didn’t want to spend so much money just for calling and text. It is easy for her to see and it didn’t take long for her to learn how to use it. It is a very simple menu. I’m extremely happy to find a decent phone that doesn’t cost several hundred dollars! I paid less than $100!

My relative loves the simpler menu options! A lot of smartphones are too complicated, but this one seems just right for them!

It is a nice phone. I am disappointed that I was not given my home phone number as promised. Also the battery needs frequent charging even though I barely use the phone.

I got this for my 80 year old mother bcuz she said there was too many options (apps) on the IPhone she had. This is a super simple Android phone where you can choose two modes for the home screen etc. She likes it. All she needed was something to call on and text. She doesn’t do any social media but the App Store is available if you want to add something.

This phone was recommended to my mother. She wanted simplicity and something easy to use. After helping her set it up, she loved it.

I never wanted a Smart phone, because of difficulty in operating. This phone is very easy & has online tutorials for all operations.

Easy to use for a 92 year old to use. My father in-law always complained about how difficult his flip phone was to use. He really is happy with his new phone. The Jitterbug is easy to customize to make it simple to use. I recommend this phone for any non teching to operate or seniors to use.

I got this as a Christmas present for my grandmother. She hasn't tried it yet but from the initial setup of the phone I think she will love it. It literally is the simplest smart phone.

The jITTERBUG Smartpone 2 is a great phone Customer service is wonderful at Great Call. Plans are flexible and reasonable. One minor drawback is the complicated process to block an unwanted caller number. I highly recommend this phone. Also, there are pretty cases for this phone on line at very reasonable prices. I chose one that is like a wallet for the phone and holds credit cards and cash as well. I LOVE THIS PHONE.

This was purchased as an upgrade from my -previous flip-phone. Obviously, it contains features which were unavailable; and. I am in the process of becoming familiar with its operation.

The jitterbug is exceptional.It will take a while to learn all the features,but as we learn,we enjoy. this is our first smart phone,and we only wish we had purchased one sooner

The phone is a good phone for seniors who like the iPhone type of cell phone. This phone, however, would not be e good for diabetics who can't feel good with their fingers.
