Purchased for my father who is 73 years old. It is an easy to use smartphone for senior citizens who are not very tech savvy.

The battery in my wife's Jitterbug Smart2 keeps going down. We are going back to Best Buy in Pensacola to ask for another Jitterbug Smart2.

Screen is vibrant and relatively intuitive. You can’t add apps though but it does have an emergency button that has already come in handy.

Bought it for my wife .It has Bold lettering and Big features with Easy directions to follow.

Everything went smoothly for my 96 yr old Dad. Person at the store was great... and we were up and running. My dad adjusted to the phone after a few learning lessons from me..he is 96 after all. So far no problems.

I bought this for my wife who doesn't like a lot of bells and whistles. This phone offers just what she wanted, phone, camera, photo album, and web sites. Easy to use and the phone, data, text plans from Great Call where exactly what she needed. I strongly recommend if you have a loved that is not tech savy and does not want to be, to buy this phone!

I am very happy with the new Jitter Bug cell phone that I bought it is very easy to use and easy to understand. I am not into cell phones and have always had a track phone just for emergencies. I still will probably never use the new cell like most people do but I do like having it.

Bought for my father. It was a replacement for one he lost. It is his 3rd Jitterbug Smart and gives all of us including him confidence with the 5 star button. He can do what he needs to do on the phone and it gives him connections when not at home with the computer or the house phone. Satisfied!

This is my first and only "Smartphone," so the fact that it is for seniors tells me little about how it compares to the Smartphone for the young and middle-aged. I can now text!! My nephew is not laughing at me anymore!! Someone asked me why I now need email!! I suppose I still do because email is how I am doing this review! The GreatCall phone is going to be very useful to me.

Works well for my 91 year old Mother. She is still a bit technologically challenged but it is realitively easy for her to operate.

Bought for my mom. This phone is a lot easier to use than the first smartphone jitterbug she had. Easier to get to different apps and setting on the phone

I purchased the Jitterbug for my mom who is in her late 70’s because she was having difficulty using her current smart phone even though she had it for years. The jitterbug is a lot easier for her to use. The speaker/microphone is on the front of the phone instead of bottom so it is a lot clearer and easier for her to hear. I would highly recommend the jitterbug .

Great for her....can load apps off Google apps store, good battery life and overall a great phone for a very reasonable price and monthly cost.

For some time, I had the original Great Call Jitterbug Smart phone. This was my first attempt at using a smart phone. Finally got used to using it, then, functions slowed down a lot, so I got the new Smart2 phone ... I did not want the hassle of learning a different phone. There are many things I like about the new phone ... however, there are also features I do not care for. I text quite a bit and I find the keyboard is not exactly "user friendly" at times. The letters seem small and difficult to type. I find that I must go back and make lots of corrections in the text before sending. Overall, I would rate this phone "average" and not as good as I hoped for.

My mom needed a smart phone so she could keep up with the rest of the family sending texts, emails etc & this phone is super easy to use.

We bought this phone for my dad, who just turned 90, for Christmas. We did not understand that you can only use the one carrier, but after Dad thought about it, he decided to give them a try. So far he is really enjoying the user friendly functions of this phone. And support has been great when he has questions!
