If you worry about falling when all alone Try This

Eight months ago I lost my wife of 60 years to Pancreatic Cancer. Since I am now all alone in my home, I felt it important to have a device like this around my neck for when I walk outdoors or in the house. It has a GPS & for10 bucks a month will alert family, if I fall.

Wish Mom could get her order
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hopefully this will all be rectified soon: Since I just learned that Best Buy OWNS Great Call (2018) I am writing this review here in hopes to get some action. I ordered the Lively Mobile Plus Mom to replace her 5 yr old Splash-that appears is 3G and barely still working. The alert call seems to be working the online Tracking Link is spotty at best. 1) she was never notified to replace it-rep said Wow usually they don't; last that long (more like 2 yrs) AND the plans were to notify clients in SEPT 2020 2) I Ordered Lively Mobile Plus directly from GreatCall Jun 29 2020 --it is July 21 2020 almost 1 month and still waiting. Apparently there is trouble with activation so they are pre activating at a Michigan Warehouse then shipping. I live 5 miles from the warehouse - I would gladly go pick it up. I understand the Pandemic has slowed everything down but it would be nice to keep us in the loop. I was just told to check back every week!

Alert Button Pressed and 911 & Family Members Were
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our mother fell and broke her hip early afternoon on August 3rd of this year 2023. She pressed the Lively Alert button right after falling and then her landline was called instead of calls to 911 and family members. As a result she was lying on the floor in pain for around six hours. It could have easily been many more hours if family members hadn't checked in on her in the evening. We have followed up with Lively multiple times asking for an explanation or apology which we are still waiting for. Our experience is very similar to the experience described in the one star review by Marianne Smallbridge on May 26, 2022. To quote from that review: "disgraceful and could have been deadly"

Works great for about a month then won't charge.

Call to support takes about an hour of troubleshooting then they send a new device which lasts about another month then repeat the process.
