I bought this for my 93 year old grandma, who just recently moved back near our family. She lives on her own, and I was skeptical that she would wear it. But she wears it EVERYWHERE!! I feel so much better knowning that if she fell, help could reach her. We test the unit every other week and the phone reps are plesant and patient. Highly recommend this product

What a great device! It is easy to activate and gives security and convenience. After looking into other monitoring devices, this one was fully supported and user friendly.

This is perfect for anyone that spends any time alone whos vulnerable to possible falls, confusion, health problems. I bought this for my grandmother and had it set up within 15 minutes, I used my own smartphone to create an account and enter all neccessary emergency info. Its $26/month after tax for basic emergency plan. Its easy to charge you just drop it on the dock and it makes a sound to let you know its charging. When you press the button a Lively agent gets on in 20 seconds or so and gets you the help you need. They can call a family member or emergency services.

Set with the Lively service was easy and device works great. Is light weight and durable. Have not tested the fall detection and plan not to.

I bought this for my handicapped brother-in-law. It works great and the Lively staff was great to work with during setup.

We've had two of these units and neither one would charge. The first unit would not work at all. The second unit worked for one battery cycle. You're supposed to be able to place the device in its charger but the second one needed to be pushed against the charging points. Even then, it would randomly lose connection. Even after hours of showing it was charged, the device would not turn on. We're done with Lively and going with another system.

The pendant and /or carrier that I had before would lose connection frequently. Not much help should I have an emergency.

Call the company for setup. The initial setup from the website doesn’t always work. Once the product is connected it works well. If you have cellular dead spots in your residence it will kill the battery quickly.

Purchased this for my father as after he contracted COVID, his balance was off and he was having issues with falling. The device works similar to a Life Alert device. It has come in handy as one time he fell in the driveway and an ambulance was sent to help him. It also sends alerts when he's left his house, and sends weekly updates. It has real time tracking as well. He is able to press a button for help if need be and the service center picks up.

Given as a gift to daughter and son in law they love Lively . Used several times for emergency medical alert.

This is a good option for someone who does not want to be locked into a long-term contract like many of these services require. Luckily the person it was purchased for has not needed to use it so far, so I can't speak for response time and services.

I first got it the battery says low.Then it detect fall someone said something.

This was something that did not fit my needs so I had to return it.
