Easy to set up and works perfectly. Gives the family a sense of security for our elderly parent.

I lost my speech almost 4 years ago and live alone. Fortunately,I have not had to use it, but is seems reliable and good battery life.

got this for my mother because it has fall detection, so far it is working well.

Was a present for an elderly stroke patient. She loves it and gives her and her family extreme peace of mind. The subscription rates are a bit higher than other brands, but she's very happy. Considering the majority of their customers are elderly, the customer service rep from Lively that set it up for her had little patience in talking to an older person.

Purchased to replace older model for 98 yr old mother in law who lives alone in her farm house. It would not initialize. Phone rep tried 3 times, then said they would send me an initialized pendant in 2 working days. Claimed they had a UPS 2 day shipping ticket already assigned. After one week, still no product. Called, they said that they were not available for another two weeks! We need the fall detector. This is dangerous! Not acceptable.

I spent over an hour on the phone trying to activate the device only to find out it was defective.

The cost was reasonable; it was easy to activate; it's very light-weight and unobtrusive to wear. I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who needs such a device.

The product worked for two weeks before it completely stopped working. On the other hand, the product has a great deal of promise for individuals who need it. Not sure why product stopped charging.

I bought this for my mother in law and needless to say I was very disappointed. Not only was it malfunctioning out of the box but the setup is NOT user friendly especially for the elderly.

The registration web site is very difficult to use, and I had to contact support because the web site would not activate the device. Also, we manage a second device and have not been able to use the same email to manage the second device, even after contacting support. We had to use a different email to manage the other device. the device does work well.

Got this for my mom. Thankfully have not had to use it yet. Set up was kind of a pain using my iPhone. Likely would’ve been easier on a tablet or PC

This is such a reassurance for my 100-year-old aunt and her extended family. We know she’s much safer with the Lively All-in-One Medical Alert purchased at Best Buy and “The Ultimate Package” contract arranged through Lively.

When purchasing and setting this up, the customer rep was very helpful and made it easy. And, when I no longer needed it, there was no problem in ending the subscription (although I'm keeping the device on hand for when it is needed again.)

Great product and such an easy setup. This is the best medical alert of its kind. A few years ago, I set one up for my aunt. Years later she is still wearing it.

Device was inoperable upon receipt despite contacting customer support

I have not had any fall incidents, but I do feel confident that this product will do as expected if necessary. This rating is on the service and help received to set up the device.
