The game was too slow to start and didn't seem like a good use of VR, even for an early VR title. Lost interest very quick

    Tedious and boring, disappointing graphics.

First and most important, do not purchase unless you have two (not one) separate PS4 Motion controllers. The game does support a Dual Shock 4 wireless controller, but the movement is very stilted and unnatural, and quite slow. I can see no reason normal smooth-movement mode (same as every other game) could not have been supported with a DS4; but instead, turning cold-jumps in segments of 45 degrees, and if your VR visor is also turned (i.e. looking in the direction of the turn) the visor then fades to black, shows you a double arrow to look forward again, then fades back in afterwards, it very disturbing; and if you are not looking in the direction of turn, you can't see if you need to turn or not. Second, progression through the game is tedious and slow. It took me 40 minutes to get out of the 1st room because you have to examine about 20 books to find what you are looking for, and examining just one book takes 10 separate actions: 1) Spot a book, 2) move too it, 3) in some cases squat down, 4) Highlight the book with the vision dot, 5) R1/R2 to pick up the book, 6) Highlight the book yet again with vision dot to bring up Examine menu, 7) O - to start Examine mode, 8) Rotate stick to view and examine details, 9) O again - to close examine mode, 10) R1/R2 to drop book on floor (nearly everything drops to floor - after which you must squat in order to pick it up again.) Third, the graphics are quite disappointing. The PS VR headset is OLED-UHD and after completing Arkham Knight VR (whose price was only $15 with gamers club, and whose graphics were absolutely astounding) I was severely disappointed to find the graphics in this game to be a lower-res and almost cartoon-like. That may have been required due to space limitations of the DVD, i.e. more story and less res (after all Arkham Knight VR only lasts one hour), but if that's the case, at a $40 price point (current $32 with gamers club), they could have included another DVD or used free DLC for better quality.

Great game to bring out and test the limits of the VR system. Still playing but so far so good.

One of the earlier games for the Playstation VR, glitchy and sometimes not as well presented. Have seen this with the Samsung VR and Daydream as well. In time better games will come out. Good place to start though.

The way to move your character is frustrating. You can't simply look or move to where you want to go. You have to point in a direction and press a button to tell the game you want to go there. Do not bother wasting your money on this trash.
