Confusing to set up...

Not worth it

I cannot figure how to connect it to the base. It's supposed to suction & does not and the base is stick to my car. It does, however, suction to my windows very well. I want it above my stereo & it's just not sticking. It is cold- so I'm hoping it will work in summer. I wish I never purchased.
