Works as advertised, in fact I put both plates in the case on my iPhone and does it ever work well. I have found lots of out of the way places to put the base unit on my Mercedes as I too am an Uber driver, all I can say is spend the $$ and get one

Doesn't work well on dash board but it's great on the windshield. Doesn't fall off on bumpy roads like other cheap ones I've bought. I love that it comes with 2 magnets so that you can use your own case and not theirs.

Has some [+]'s, but also some [-]'s. IF this fits your car's design, it's a pretty strong contender. The suction cup grips like it will never let go, yet releases pretty easily. It's very rigid, with almost no bounce or flex when the car is in motion. BUT, it will only stick to a completely smooth surface, like a windshield. It comes with a plastic disk you can glue to your dash: thanks, but no thanks. I'm not going to disfigure my car that way. It's very short, so in most modern cars attaching it to the windshield puts it out of easy reach if you want to use the touchscreen while driving. And the adjustment is very limited, allowing an angle adjustment in only one axis. Other mounts are far more flexible in their range of adjustment. That's a big reason it's so solid, though, so that's the trade off. If you don't mind sticking the plastic disk to your dash, or your windshield is close enough to make the phone an easy reach, this is worth considering. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I use this all the time when I'm driving its very convenient to hang your phone and use it as a navigation system.

The magnet part is good,but for iphone you still need some meta inside the case to ensure you could use it

Easy to install, strong magnet and does not fall off.

I very much like this mount. It securely holds my phone in place inside of my Jeep Wrangler, which has a rough ride. I enjoy the convenience of having the magnet mount inside my phone case so I can just stick it right to the mount without sticking the plate to my phone. I have had some problems keeping the suction cup in place -- it has fallen a few times in the duration I've owned the product, but most suction cup devices have a similar issue.

This is by far the best dash or window mount for your phone or any other mobile device. I am very impressed with the product that I bought one for all three of my cars.

Easy to use, easy to mount and takes up essentially no real estate on the windshield. I never had bought a windshield mount before because all the other ones out there are clunky, big and over engineered. I'd recommend this to anyone.

as a suction on a window it is the best! but as a suction on dash board doesn't won't i drive a 2015 grand cherokee and i bought it the same day i got this logitech tried even asked best buy employee to help succession didn't stick to dash board adhesive it cam with was stuck on the bottom and still to no avail while driving a day later making a turn fell off knocking my switch to snow mode so I'm going to try the clip on logitech hopefully it stays

I gave this a try but had to return the product because the magnet wasn't able to hold the phone in place. I have a Nokia 1520 and it is not even a heavy phone for its size. Having a charging wire attached makes it even worse. Look at the phone the wrong way and it starts tilting or sliding down. In the end this is a distraction that can turn into a safety issue.

I had to return mine not because its not as good as advertised but because the case that i have is a bit thick and slippery that the magnet couldnt hold on as good.

I use this in an almost daily basis. It is so convenient.

I purchased this product from the Best Buy. Ever since I bought this product the mounting system was so poor that I had hard time sticking it on the windshield. I did not know about the warranty, otherwise I would've demanded my money back. My $45 went down the drain. It is a very dangerous product. When I received the product I had it on my windshield, but the next day I found it on the floor of my car. I thought I did not have it right. But it fell off the shield while I was in the highway using my phones GPS system and my phone was held by the mount. The mount fell off the windshield and I almost had an accident. So I took it off and had it in my center counsel. I gotten tired of it and I bought a $5 mount which is still perfectly holding the windshield and my phone with ease for past two years. I would never ever recommend this to anyone who has no death wish. Even BestBuy doesn't carry the item because how poorly it was constructed. I demanded answer but I was poorly treated with no solution. I had never expected this from the BestBuy, I am very very much disappointed.
