Good but some issues

However, it IS a magnet and with certain bumps it looses the strength and your phone will go flying. I've solved that by placing an air freshner for the bottom of the phone to rest on to absorb these extra bumps. For the price and easy accessibility to grab the phone and replace, well worth it.

Magnet doesn't work well through my OTTER BOX Commuter case. + I need all the ventilation my car can give me. Otherwise, it'd be great for thinner louvers & glue on plate attached to a smooth non textured case. Recommend with reservations.

Good but could be better

The only problem is that the prongs that hold to the vent can be too short depending on the type of vent. The surrounding vent may protrude out that it blocks the phone from contacting the magnet well. Also it is so small, which is great for storage when not in use but also so small that it is easy to forget it in your rental car. I know from experience.
